We went to velankanni mother marry visit for two days. We stayed in udhayam inn for these two days. It was a very pleasant stay. They don't have a kitchen. Food can be ordered from out. Just have to inform the reception. The only issue with the hotel is that they don't have a lift. Aged people will have a problem if you get a room on 2nd or 3rd floor. The location is very good. It may be a kilometre from the shrine. For youngsters it is walkable. Autos are available throughout, so don't have to worry about commuting.

The rooms are small, the cots can accommodate only 2. The bedsheets are torn. Parking is available but is congested. No lift available. The maintenance is poor. Bathroom has no lock.

I recently stayed at udhayam inn on october 1st, and my experience was delightful. Despite the scheduled check-in time being 11 am, i had requested an early check-in while booking. Although there was no room available upon my arrival at 8:30 am, the staff graciously accommodated my request and adjusted my checkout time to 9 am the next day. From the moment i entered the property, i was impressed by its cleanliness and hygiene. The staff's warm welcome and assistance with my luggage made a great first impression. Their hospitality set the tone for a pleasant stay, making me feel valued and comfortable. My room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious, exceeding my expectations. The amenities provided were thoughtful and convenient, including a big cupboard with hangers, a functioning tv (although only tamil channels were available, two dustbins, clean mirrors, and two chairs. Complimentary water, soap, shampoo, hair oil, and a tcm tray with kettle added to the room's appeal. However, there were a few areas for improvement. The linen quality could be enhanced, as the towels were worn out and the duvet cover and bedsheet required upgrading. Additionally, the charging sockets near the bed on both sides were not working, which was inconvenient. Overall, i was satisfied with my stay at udhayam inn and appreciate the staff's hospitality. Despite minor issues, the property's cleanliness, comfortable room, and good amenities made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend udhayam inn and look forward to returning. Rating: 4. 5/5.

Location is far from the church, hotel service is good, but can still do better, my package was inclusive of breakfast and dinner, we are non vegetarian but they managed to give us egg, we get bikes on rent, the hotelier does not have much information

Their recommendation for the food delivery was highly expensive and has comparatively poor quality quite the opposite of what they convinced us as " homely food.
