Hotel room is good. But little expensive due to long holidays. No soap, towel. Hot water from outside. Helper assist ok. Around 700 m from basilica. Outside many food stalls. No need food at stay. Car parking is available.

Worst behaviour very poor hotel management. No water. Room helper sweepers not available. Room rent with breakfast and dinner also money paid. Make my trip. But not dinner delivery

Clean and good surroundings. Very near to church and calm and silent place. But very hot during this period. Ac rooms are must if you plan for a stay.

I was very happy and pleased with the service and stay as i was allowed to bring my pet. It's really wonderful to have places like this who allow pets to stay with family. God bless them and wish them a great journey and please don't stop this gesture coz it's a great joy to bring our pets ***** to such a blessed place of our **** of velenkani church. You guys have made this trip and journey a memorable journey for me and my family. We are so glad to have stayed in your lodge. All i request all pet parents that being your pets but do take care of their cleaniness and don't dirty the lodge as that's our responsibility to keep it clean for the next to visit and then all pets will be allowed with our example. So thank you for your great hospitality and best wishes god bless you and our lady gives you success.

I stayed at the hotel with family, the hotel is safe to stay with family. Very near to the basilica church. Room is neat and clean. Behavior of the staff is cordial and gentle.

It would be better to change the check in time from 12. 00 to 12. 00. I have to pay 1500 for additional to retain the room for 6 hours because of inconvenient check in time. It is harder to check out before 6. 00 am while traveling with small kids.
