"Terrible customer service! They said there would be a free airport shuttle, but no schedule is provided. I asked in email, they never replied. When we landed, we looked for the shuttle, there was none. Tried to call the hotel repeatedly and they just declined my calls.  Upon check-in, the reception desk person appeared to be under influence of **********. He kept talking to the other staff and saying things like “*** do I have to do to finally get fired?”. I witnessed him declining customer calls on the phone as well. I strongly suggest the hotel management to grant his request about firing him, because one bad apple can spoil the entire basket, as well as ruined our experience entirely. Cleanliness was also dubious, there were black mold stains in the bathroom. Shower gel was not refilled. The hair dryer had a teared cable, quite dangerous."

"Right across from the airport, it's convenient for early morning flights. The soundproofing is decent, but the AC noise was a bit bothersome. I stayed in a corner room where the bed was pushed so close to the wall that there was barely enough space to squeeze my legs through. The bedding quality was poor, and overall, the room didn't feel like it justified the high price (¥1414). On the upside, breakfast starts at 4 AM, which is great."
