Infelizmente, minha experiência no Hotel Bom Sucesso Resort foi extremamente decepcionante. Desde o início, tive problemas. Aqui estão os principais pontos que me levaram a essa insatisfação:
- Check-in atrasado: a unidade não estava pronta. Mesmo chegando no horário, só consegui entrar no quarto às 17:30.
- Os aparelhos de ar-condicionado não funcionavam. Só consegui ser transferido para outro apartamento após inúmeras ligações, e isso só aconteceu às 19 horas.
- Limpeza inadequada:A cozinha estava com panelas e louças sujas. Além disso, encontrei uma meia de um hóspede anterior debaixo da cama.
-Higiene no resort: Havia fezes de animais espalhadas por todo o resort.
Parque infantil abandonado: O parque infantil estava em condições precárias, representando um risco para as crianças. Vários pregos expostos.
Benefícios Gold:Os benefícios Gold, que antes eram muitos, agora sao ignorados. A lista de vantagens simplesmente não é seguida. Fora que não existe spa.
Café da manhã:As frutas servidas no café da manhã estavam estragadas.
Atendimento: nada simpático.
Em resumo, o Hotel Bom Sucesso Resort deixou muito a desejar em todos os aspectos. Não recomendo.

Ficamos numa villa excelente muito bem equipada e muito agradável. A cama era confortável mas não era de casal o que não gosto. Sala grande e com um belo jardim ótimo para fumadores. A localização é um pouco longe de tudo e como o restaurante estava fechado na primeira noite tivemos de fazer bastantes quilómetros para jantar. Na segunda noite fomos ao restaurante do resort e, embora a comida fosse boa, era tudo à base de hamburgers, massas e sandes. De qualquer maneira não tivemos de sair do resort. O pequeno almoço foi bom e variado tendo inclusive leite sem lactose. Preço dentro das expectativas.

Appartement très humide, aucune vue sur le golf, 2 étages, on a manqué notre départ de golf(200 euros) parce que la serrure ne fonctionnait pas au retour du déjeuner,( seul point acceptable) après 3 essais de clés infructueux, le lendemain matin même problème et ils ont finalement changé la serrure au complet, 2 heures d’attente.Les matelas sont très inconfortables. On a demandé à changer de chambre mais l’homme à la réception a dit qu’il n’y en avait pas de libre…..un gros mensonge. Hôtel perdu au milieu de nul part, ce golf était le moins beaux de tous ceux qu’on a joué au Portugal, détrempé +++

Experiência péssima Falta extrema de limpeza em casa a todos os níveis (nunca em tempo algum num resort classificado como 5 estrelas os quartos não eram limpos todos os dias) a chegada o chão estava sujo quando vieram limpar 2 dias depois apenas trocaram as toalhas e colocaram um saco do lixo fizeram as camas mas não mudaram a roupa da cama tendo em conta que estava suja não fizeram nada mais. o chão sujo quando chegamos e mantiveram o chão sujo ainda referimos isso e ignoram. O chão precisava de ser aspirado e lavado e não o fizeram 5 estrelas? Não sabem nitidamente o que é um hotel de 5 estrelas! Falta de manutenção em todo o lado, na área da piscina e inexistência de piscina das crianças (que tanto prometem) não existe também limpeza igualmente nas piscinas fomos nós e outros hóspedes que andamos a limpar para podermos usufruir de algo que pagamos e se não quisermos nadar literalmente no lixo (visto que as bombas não trabalham) o verdete nas piscinas também é deplorável Os ares condicionados COMPLETAMENTE PODRES Falta de simpatia de alguns empregados também tem de ser referido!

Advertised as a 5 star hotel, which is a ”joke”. Correct level should be 3 - 3,5 stars. The apartments do need a lot of refurbishment. It’s called a resort, but if you aren’t there for golf, I would recommend you to choose another hotel. The staff however very friendly and helpful.

Ideal for those who love Golf, architecture, nature and to enjoy their stay in peace. Great facilities with a modern and very welcoming design. Excellent cleaning! Gardens as far as the eye can see, very well cared for and very relaxing. Excellent quality/price ratio. Without a doubt we will return.
