Hotel service is very good, breakfast is also very good, 8:00 in the morning, they have a call to get up at 6:00, can also arrange a taxi to the airport, stairways and walkways with a lot of murals, very artistic.

Property is near to railway station and airport and have easy access to restaurants and beaches, old property and govt one. Neatness is good. Only thing is mosquitoes. Whole night we played with mosquitoes.

The location of this hotel is calm and nice. The staff is good. We faced a hot water problem. No hot water for 2 days. The hotel has a lift facility which is good. If you are looking for a budget stay and not near the sea, you can try here. They have a restaurant inside the hotel and the food is ok. Not many good restaurants nearby. Hotel annapurneshwari is good for breakfast. The japanese garden is a must visit place nearby. It has a park with sea view and stairs to reach the sea. This is one of the best less known places in goa.
