This is my first ever in zostel. I can rate it as one of the best stay. I would recommend all tp stay and experience

Stay was good. But they didn't have table tennis balls ready. One reason we chose zostel is these games so that was disappointing

Stay and all were fine
the cafe needs to improve. Have stayed in other properties of zostel which had amazing food. Food at the varkala one wasn’t good

We booked delux cottage for a day and there was nothing in it for the name delux. There were so many ants on the floor and even on bed which they cleaned but it should not be there at the first place if you are changing this much. Towels provided were not cleaned. There was nothing to hang towel or anything in the washroom. Also washroom was very smelly. And for the next night we stayed in dorm. Dorm beds have spider webs and dust on it.

Osum stay we stayed in mixed dorms but still super safety super clean we just stayed for one day so we preferred mixed one but couple rooms and and cottages also there ! Haven’t ate there but ambience pretty decent ! View was decently good 😊

No hygiene, bedsheets and blankets were not clean. And also the room was with bedbugs

The staff is not adjustable. We needed 1 warm blanket because one of my friends had a fever but they didn't provide it.

1. Food is really disappointing and costly. 2. Only 1 washroom was provided for 6 persons. 3. In my previous zostel everyday they used to clean our room and set our bed. But here didn't happened
