During our visit the residency was named as Nikhil Beach Resort/ Residency. I could say we had a very bad experience here. The worst part is they are not even refilling out water bottles wherein we are very thirsty and they ask us for extra payment. The bathrooms had leakage water. The floors weren’t clean and the night lamps were with hell a lot of dust on them. Avoid such rooms in varkala
