Numerous mosquitoes were present in the restroom, and they would frequently enter while we were using it. During my two days there, they did not offer room service on their own. Extremely unhappy with the location of the room. I have already voiced my displeasure with their management, but i do not have any photos.

The stay at black beach resort was below average, what was shown in the pictures was totally different in reality. There was no tv in our room even though it was mentioned that there will be a tv while booking, second was no hot water and also no one to attend the same from the reception, we called multiple times but no one responded, third is that while checking out, we requested the hotel staff to carry our bags to the car, the receptionist said they will be there but no one came for like 15 mins, we had to carry our own baggage from the second floor without a lift, so overall did not enjoy the stay except for the location as it was close to the beach.

Stay was good, hotel has a beach view and very close to beach. Walking distance to beach. However, food is not good and need to be improved. We paid for breakfast while booking but after tasting food, we were forced to go to other cafe for food, a lot other good food options are available. Crows near the food table was creating havoc. Cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement

Near the beach, and the local shop, near cliff, the room's condition was average, the wall needed to be repainted, no tv unit provided to our room, Booking a day trip from black beach resort was not good as they were asking more for extra hours. I will suggest book day trip from outside or own.

The room service is bad. No one comes to clean rooms or for providing water or other stuffs. You need to go to reception and get it

Room service is very bad. And there are many honey bees in rooms. And also smells bad in room.
