Room and the customer service is so good. But the only problem is that there is tv in the room but not cable connections or dish connections it’s kept there as a showpiece. Please make sure the tv connection are right. Other than that all good

The room was extremely dirty. There were con webs every where. All area was dusty and room was smelling like anything. It was a horrible experience. Also the receptionists and other service staff were arrogant, didn't respond to our calls. Please don't book this place, there are far better rooms with less rates.

it was overall an average experience because of the good food and hotel's location. The pool was closed at 8pm which was too early for us as we came back from the beach around 7. 46pm and wanted to use the pool. The pillows had big stains and there was a lizard in our room, due to which we couldn't sleep whole night. We had to walk to another franchise of the hotel for 3-4 minutes for breakfast.

Extremely horrible, not even basic like : towels, toiletries, hot kettle was provided in the rooms. There was no staff to attend to the luggages at the time of checking in and checking out from the property. The receptionist was all the time found occupied with her entertainment on mobile phone. I believe my feedback will not be considered genuinely by make my trip. Still posting it as desired by you.

**Review for Malavika Hotel, Black Beach Varkala** Rating: ★★☆☆☆ I recently stayed at Malavika Hotel and found my experience to be average. While the location near Black Beach is fantastic, there were several issues that need addressing. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing and there were some areas that seemed to have been overlooked during cleaning. Additionally, I encountered a rat in my room, which was quite alarming and made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, Malavika Hotel has potential due to its prime location, but significant improvements in room cleanliness and maintenance are essential for a better guest experience. I hope these issues are resolved, as it could be a lovely place to stay.

Budget friendly value for money rooms are available clean and safe resort. Cliff is near to this property. Nice and cam atmosphere with a beautiful pool in fort of the property.
