Good value for money. On the other hand, the first night was difficult, the air conditioning did not work but was repaired the next day. The breakfast buffet is quite good. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is quite far from everything, you absolutely need to have a vehicle. The hotel has private parking which is very good. About 35 minutes from Milan by car.

It is a motel, not a hotel, very far from Milan, which was the intention of my search on the website. I booked it for my son and wife who were disappointed as the movement of cars in and out scared them.

I called at 10.45pm to book a room, on the phone I was told that it was fully booked except for the most expensive room; I arrive and find the parking lot empty. It was an absurd effort to park, given that the only thing I had was a fairly adequate space to manoeuvre, but the car park was very narrow. We go up to the room and there is a meager wardrobe and bedside tables missing; some light bulbs burned out; the bathroom door handle (which closes by itself, without knowing it) caught in the back is not nice; dust on the walls; finding 15 Cº I would say is not the best; on TV they only get the three Mediaset channels; the wall sockets placed at random (I didn't like putting the phone to charge in the bathroom). 4 stars… mmmmmmmmmmm

Ideal hotel for small and long stays. Ideal location for those who, like me, have stayed in this structure to work in the Milan area and its province: it is near the motorway junction; a few meters away there is also a gym, pub and sushi restaurant. Convenient free parking and very spacious. The structure was recently renovated and the rooms are brand new, equipped with air conditioning (adjustable to any temperature and intensity), large desk, fridge and bathroom with shower. My double room was spacious and clean, always lit by the sun thanks to the large windows. The breakfast was very rich, both sweet and savory. Very friendly staff; special mention to Domenico at the reception: prepared and extremely helpful, always present and ready to give any information.

I'm often around for work. I have to say that King Hotel (with attached motel) amazed me. Very spacious rooms, very kind staff and excellent breakfast. Don't underestimate the possibility of eating in the connecting restaurant where they offer a good menu. To be recommended

We arrive at the property at 1.15 am. and we paid €70 for 8 hours, and ok. We enter the room and it was a little cold. I call and ask if it is possible to have some water since there is none in the room and the gentleman tells me that I should have gone to him at the reception to get it, and in any case the water should have already been in the room. We look for a blanket in the wardrobe but it isn't there, we think it can't be that cold in the end but then during the night the temperature evidently dropped and we froze to death. In the morning I ask the gentleman why there was no blanket in the room and he tells me that if I had asked him he would have brought it to me (like water, right?) at 9.10 he brings us the blanket even though our exit time was scheduled for 9.20, just to make fun. Ridiculous

I stayed two nights for work, I found a dirty phard towel in the room, hair in the shower, an open can in the mini bar (which I was then also charged for). When I returned to the room after a day of work I found it with the door ajar. Not recommended, not 4 stars.
