Club Mahindra Emerald Palms, Goa

It is always a pleasure to visit Club Mahindra resorts for our vacations. If you want a relaxed Staycation with your family out of your city, this is good for you. We visited very few places in south goa as we had a toddler and kept outside activities very minimal.. Many indoor activities for kids are there inside the resort which you can enjoy. Food is delicious and had a comfortable stay too.

All went very well. Only hitch came when on the Bollywood night, if sitting arrangements are different for dinner, then in that case they should have someone in the dinning area to guide the guest as to where they should sit. We did not take the buffet and were sitting outside to watch the show. Suddenly a girl came whose dress was different from other in the dining room and spoke to us in a tone which I can vouch for was very rude, telling us that since we are not taking buffet we should sit in and if we still want to sit we will have to pay Extraa. That was very very rude. Not at all acceptable in any way in club Mahindra. I’m am a member since 2010 and will continue to be till 2035 , and I don’t expect any person to speak in such a way to any guest. Some how I am feeling the courtesy of hich we use to see some years back, now lacks in our club. Will definitely like the club to improve on this. Though the trainees and new lot seems to be very polite but this girl I am forgetting her name will never hire her in my hospitality business.

During our recent stay at the property, we had a booking through RCI and CM membership. We found the holiday experience to be extremely comfortable and relaxing. The entire team at CM Emerald palms was exceptionally helpful and courteous. We would particularly like to acknowledge the Front Office & Reception team members like miss salony,Dolly,Renuka,strella Mr. Ghanshyam ,Mr.Cliff for assisting us.- The Housekeeping associate Manager, Mr.Ashay , and his team did an exceptional job in maintaining the property and Room service We would also like to extend our gratitude to all the staff of Restorant Mr.chris, Mr.Yogesh,Mr. Somnath Mr.Ramjan ,, who were extremely helpful and supportive. We express our thanks to the Emrald team for their excellent hospitality, and we look forward to visiting again.

The buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The Sunday night music was a great surprise, adding a lively atmosphere to the evening. And, the swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing dip after a long day. Overall, I highly recommend Mahindra for its excellent service, great food, and fantastic amenities. Can't wait to come back!"

The property is nicely maintained and housing keeping is exceedingly well. There has been no issue. The reception and other staff are super cordial and helpful. They get 10/10. However, dining experience is pretty bad. The dining hall is small, too congested, food preparation is very ordinary and at times bad. The dining hall Airconditioner is even worse and you continue to sweat as long as you are inside. The breakfast spread is very ordinary and not attractive. The Food and Beverage needs drastic improvement. Ms Avita, Ms Anushka, Arun of F&B and a few others in the reception made our stay very comfortable and just because of them we felt at home.

I will visit Club Mahindra Emerald Palm again. Their amazing staff Anvita at front desk ensured that our stay was lovely, all our requests were attended to promptly and each and every detail of customer service was taken care of. Five star experience by team emerald palm.
