Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e devo dire che si presenta davvero molto bene, aree comuni molto fini ed eleganti, le stanze secondo me scendono un filo, ci son certi dettagli dove peccano, e le dotazioni sono abbastanza scarne, colazione generosa ma nulla di eclatante, in linea di massima la struttura rispetta il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Nous sommes déjà allés plusieurs fois à la Villa Borghi, en couple ou avec des amis. La villa, les chambres, la piscine, le petit déjeuner servi dans une petite salle de la villa étaient toujours magnifiques! Nous avons même essayé le restaurant gastronomique qui était très bon. Cette fois, nous avons trouvé que le standing avait changé. Le pourtour de la piscine n’est pas entretenu mais le pire était vraiment le petit déjeuner! Une vraie catastrophe! Le buffet n’était pas terrible. Tout était froid même les œufs brouillés fraîchement apportés de la cuisine! Il y avait deux jeunes serveuses, une des deux était vraiment choue et souriante et faisait de son mieux! L’autre avait plutôt un air renfrogné et avait l’air de souffrir le martyr en nous servant et était très ralentie! Elle n’avait même pas l’idée de débarrasser, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 8 tasses à café sur la table. Pas besoin d’être un professionnel pour faire un joli buffet. On ne demande pas le Pérou dans un quatre étoiles! Il n’y a probablement personne de compétent qui leur explique comment s’y prendre! A bon entendeur!

Wer so ein altes Fast-Schloss privat durch Hotelbetrieb unterhalten will braucht Idealismus und Geld. Daher hier Unterstützung: Die teils scharfen älteren Kommentare haben Früchte getragen, ich kann sie so nicht bestätigen. Vielmehr: Sehr sauberes, großes gepflegtes Zimmer mit ausgesucht schöner Einrichtung (im Haupthaus), freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, tolles Ambiente und schöner Blick, toller Park und Pool mit unkompliziertem Zugang, die angebundene Pizzeria ist bodenständig, schmeckt sehr lecker und hat normale Preise. Einzig das Frühstück ist nach wie vor verbesserungsbedürftig. Schlechter Kaffee (Nescafé?), Früchte aus der Dose, seltsames Rührei und pappige Croissants sind der Sparmaßnahmen zuviel. Hier muss noch verbessert werden, einstweilen hilft ein Café im Örtchen und man hat das tolle Ambiente dieses Hauses gleichwohl.

Nie wieder - das Zimmer im Nebengebäude war schön aber steril (auf Seminarteilnehmer zugeschnitten). Alles andere lässt grosse Wünsche offen. Keines der beiden Restaurants empfanden wir als einladend. Der Park ist nur ganz oben gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach keiner Weise einem 4 Stern Hotel. Der Kaffee war ungeniessbar. Die Früchte zum Müsli kamen grösstenteils aus der Dose. Schwarzteebeutel waren hart zu finden und von schlechter Qualität. Absolut kein Stil. Das Ferienfeeling kam nicht auf ….
