Not worth the money charged by the hotel.
Not a very good experience for me.
Door lock faulty.
Sanitary fittings faulty.
Toiletries were not available in room according to the guest occupancy and I needed to ask for it .
Food in restaurant was not good also and limited menu for breakfast also.
Overall average experience and not worth tarrif charges.

Hotel staff r quite quick and polite but not worth paying more than 3-4 k as rooms r not maintained linen not upto mark untidy kettle poor quality toiletries & u need to ask for every small amenity needed in room .Don't expect face towel or paper napkins in rooms.

The hotel is very good with big spacious rooms. The hotel staff is also very courteous. Everyone was polite and ready to service whenever required. Overall hospitality is extremely good. Would like to stay again if needed to come to Banaras.

Service was pretty bad. There were no towels in the room. For room service also had to call 3-4 times. The quality has deteriorated in the last few years.

Stained and dirty sofa and linens
Stains were found on sofa, bed and towels. No definite explanation given by the cleaning supervisor nor the resident manager of the hotel nor much intent to reclean the room.

Great hotel at affordable price!
The breakfast was amazing, loved the beds and reception staff. The only issue was heater and hot water during our stay - the service was super slow. Otherwise, I really appreciate the cleanliness and well kept rooms. Thumbs up for great rooms at affordable prices!

I suggest, don’t book your stay here. No hot water despite of requesting at-least 09 times. The staff advised to sit in the bathroom and use tap for bathing. Dirty quilt. Requested for drinking water and they took at-least 40 mins to serve water.
