We visited varanasi from 21 to 23 oct and stayed in js residency. Rooms were spacious and good. Wash room was also fine. The food served was average and restaurant service was average. Breakfast was ordinary with very less options.

Overall it was a good experience for us of staying here in terms of services of hotel. Location wise also it is in main area, so no problem in terms of connectivity as well.

The location was very good and approachable from airport. Ghats & temples were all in 1-1. 5km range. Safe for a family stay need. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. Would certainly recommend anyone to stay here.

Very bad experience, lift was not working, key and phone of room not working. I suggest please dnt ever book this hotel, total loss of money.

Hotel ambience is very poor as compared to shown images. Room and restaurant services are pathetic although food quality was good.
