Huge queues in the dining room, there are few staff or they can’t keep up, there aren’t enough napkins, the food is a C grade, but sometimes there is fish, which is a rarity for budget hotels, cubes were a rarity, there was entertainment, the beach is beautiful, like everywhere else in Varadero, the internet works, but always I need to reconnect, but I managed to go to alakart once, but the food was the same, tasteless, in the lobby bar the cocktails and alcohol are mediocre, but I hardly drink, I didn’t care, I tried it and ok, a room with an iron, a hairdryer, a bathtub, TV, everything works.

Ocean and beach fairy tale 😍 First, the good stuff: the area is gorgeous. Special thanks to Eliezer and Senin. Very competent managers, they speak Russian well, they help with “unsolvable” issues, and in general I have very warm impressions from them. Delicious ice cream and cocktails, depending on the season they serve fish and seafood. February turned out to be off season. There was fish, but not super often. Grill zone - very good meat. And beef and pork and chicken. Pineapples and papaya. Of course the ocean!!!! The biggest plus. That's why we flew for 14 hours. We walked the entire shore - our part of the beach turned out to be the best in our opinion. Wide shore, sun loungers do not stack on top of each other. Quiet. Now about the negative))) First we checked into a bungalow (southern part of the hotel). Dark, humid, bad air conditioning, poor cleaning. Considering that they left chocolates and money, not very good. The bathroom floors were not washed at all. One day they took away a towel and didn’t bring any... any... at all. Neither for arms, nor for legs. They asked us to move to the main building closer to the ocean. There the situation has completely changed. There were elephants on the bed, and boats were flying. 9!!! Towels for two. Although there were 4 in the bungalow (as it turned out, we were given a foot towel as the main towel in the bungalow). Clean, bright, good air conditioning and views of the pool and ocean. Now the tips: - if you are not given something, demand and ask. Most likely they will forget, you need to remind them. - take a towel with you (at least a small one). Because we were given a towel for 2 days at the beach. - You can take your own mug, but disposable glasses were thrown away in front of us. - take plenty of sunscreen. They burned out in the first days. - the most season is from June to November. December - March winds can be strong. Ideal month - October - leave a tip. Locals will be happy with chocolates and primitive medicines (no-shpa, paracetamol, spazgan), but it’s not difficult for us In general, except for the moment of relocation and problems with the towel, everything was excellent. 👍

La verdad muy desilusionada se pago un disparate por algo que de 4 estrellas no tenia nada.Un estado de abandono impresionante tanto en areas comunes como puerta habitaciones pasillos goteaba agua. La comida solo cubana carne ni en figuritas una torta no existió. Un solo restaurate temático y solo para 10 personas. Parecia un hotel de los funcionarios muy desilusionada. Lo único lindo la playa.

Место на один раз. Были по факту в сентябре 2023. Еды очень мало будет очень голодно. С выпивкой проблем не было. У нас на территории были ребята которые лазали по деревьям и доставали кокосы, очень вкусно рекомендую. И советую сгонять на экскурсию в Гавану там очень красиво и очень класный вечерний обряд и выстрелы из пушки. Есть рускоязычный персонал. Океан и пляж просто невероятный очень теплый и перекрывает все минусы отеля. Если подготовится к плохому сервису то можно посетить данное заведение. Не забывайте аленку с собой. Персонал любит аленку.

Hotel pésimo con habitaciones en mal estado y el buffet ni hablar... Si le daría una calificación del 1-10 le daría un 2.. Solo tienen un buen trato pero en lo demás pésimos. Recomiendo revisarlo para que sea un hotel de esa categoría porque no es de 4 para mí sería de 3ra categoría.

El mejor hotel hasta la fecha por el atención q tienes los trabajadores. Muy atentos y amables. La comida fue espectacular y Haila la chef responsable del comedor es super!!! Comida varias y de calidad. La playa era un paraiso. seguro volveremos el año q viene

Плюсы: чистый большой океан, просторный пляж, солнце и доброжелательный персонал. Еда в первые 3 дня была очень скудной, из гарнира был рис и картошка сладкая, мясо непонятное, рыба вкусная, яиц на завтрак не было 3 дня, ели оладьи. Потом заехал народ и сразу появились и макароны, и курица, и гребешки, и бананы и ананасы сладкие. Бутилированная вода воняет хлоркой, в день по одной бутылке на номер оставляют. Иногда на баре нет льда, наливают теплую воду. В номере убирали каждый день. Номер на троечку, тк отель старый, поспать пойдет. Алкоголь лучше не пить, попробовали коктейль - вылили. С собой брать средство от Комаров, тк в 7 вечера у них начинается жесткая охота. Анимация - по вечерам играют кубинскую музыку в лобби, аниматор 1 на отель.
