"The location is great, close to city center and away from the main street, so it does not get so loud. Unfortunately the room I got was smoked heavily inside although was a non smoker room. Breakfast was fresh and good. The lamp installed inside the room is too dark, can get annoying if one has something to do at night. The internet connection is unstable and slow."

"This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great."

"The hotel was centrally located, cleanliness and order were good, but what I didn't like was that there was no indoor parking lot, we left the car clean and got it dirty. The minibar products in the rooms were overly expensive compared to outside. There was either no ventilation in the bathroom or it didn't work. We didn't report this, maybe if we did they would have taken care of it, I don't know. The breakfast was good. It was good in general."
