We loved the hotel. All the rooms were very nice. We stayed in the top room, which is obviously more expensive, but we visited the others thinking about returning with friends. The service was very personalized and first class. The breakfast was simple but good and in such a nice place that it feels even better. Hotel very well located in the tourist circuit.

Excellent experience at Casablu, cleanliness, service, order, everything super good and 100% recommendable. Also the place is super quiet and comfortable. I was going to visit the port for work and the location suited me perfectly. The hotel staff kindly gave us the directions we needed to get around.

Great host from the get-go for our introduction to Valparaiso. Helpful throughout the stay-- accommodating early arrival, taking interest in our group member's running race. and providing multiple, relaxing common spaces. Convenient location. Even with our limited Spanish, we could communicate with staff and they were eager to help us.

Hermosa casa, habitación y un desayuno espectacular. Muy grata la recepción, se nota el esmero en los detalles de la decoración en cada rincón. No fue necesario pagar el extra por estacionamiento, ya que además de que éste estaba a 2 cuadras del hotel, la calle es tranquila y está vigilada por cámaras.

Great and romantic place in the historical center of Valparaiso. The hotel is fantastic, nice rooms, great furniture, a pure invitation to traveling. Parking space for car available (very helpful), nice breakfast and warm welcome of the team. A real great place were we regreat to have spent only one night.
