Mi mamá y su pareja reservaron hace más de un mes...llegaron el miércoles y su habitación era enana...a pesar de que hotel no estaba completo no le ofrecieron otra opción ni mencionar que hacer en caso de emergencia...si había habitaciones disponibles, como no ofrecer algo más cómoda? Quedamos todos desilusionados.

I spent 5 nights here and I loved this place! Rooms have high ceilings and a lot of character. Spotless and clean. Amazing roof deck that has perfect views of Valparaiso. They have an excellent restaurant on the weekends and cocktails. The neighborhood is friendly and close to all of the action and attractions. Great staff that gave me good advice and guidance here. Will definitely stay here again!

Es un lugar cómodo, sencillo, y con buen desayuno, terraza increible, pero la relación precio calidad no muy adecuada. Buena ubicación, barrio tranquilo y buena oferta de restaurante cercana. Cena en el hotel discreta.

We loved this boutique hotel so much that we extended our stay a couple of days rather than return to Santiago. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and felt very calm after being outside in the (wonderful) chaos of Valparaiso. They have preserved the character of the old building very well and we loved the marvelous high ceilings. We really enjoyed breakfast on the terraza with incredible views of the harbor and surrounding hills. The location was excellent for walking all over Cerro Allegre and Cerro Concepcion. There were plenty of excellent restaurants nearby and when we didn’t feel like going out -the restaurant and bar on the hotel’s terraza opened on the weekend evenings. The staff were very helpful and friendly!

Excellent friendly hotel in a great location. The staff were so helpful, the rooms were comfortable plus they have a wonderful terrace to enjoy the fantastic views. Good breakfast and on the morning we left very early they provided us with coffee and a breakfast to take on our journey. Very thoughtful !

Estupendo sitio para tomar algo mirando el cerro Alegre. La terraza está en el 4° piso y es muy agradable. La carta está buena, aunque podría mejorar la oferta de postres. La atención muy buena. Es un buen sitio para ir por la tarde, recomendable y de fácil acceso.

Increíble lugar para disfrutar en familia. El personal es cálido, cercano y atento. La habitación full equipada y espaciosa, las camas cómodas y el baño limpio. En la terraza pudimos disfrutar de una vista hermosa a Valparaíso.

Really lovely and clean place. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are cute and cool with nice beds and bathroom is really modern. The terrace is amazing to have breakfast (which is also lovely and fresh) and also have a glass of wine with a view. Highly recommended.
