The views were incredible, the staff were so helpful and friendly, the food and drinks were delicious, and the property/room was perfect. It felt like we were staying at the best spa! Tudo estava perfeito!

O atendimento foi excepcional, com uma equipe muito simpática, atenciosa e prestativa, tanto conosco quanto com o nosso Oliver. Este hotel leva realmente a sério o conceito de "pet friendly". O nosso companheiro de quatro patas foi tratado como um verdadeiro hóspede, podendo circular livremente por todas as áreas do hotel e compartilhar as refeições conosco. Um hotel paradisíaco no topo de uma montanha com um panorama de perder de vista. Muito tranquilo e com umas instalações de bom gosto e muito carinho, tem uma biblioteca e livros dispersos o que não deixa de ser um convite à leitura. O privilégio de dispor de um piano Bechstein de meia cauda que é um deleite ouvir (por quem saiba, mesmo, tocar). O staff é um mimo! Pormenor (para muitos um "pormaior") tem todas as condições para receber cães e eles agradecem.

This beautiful hotel exceeded our expectations. Surrounded by nature, we found the peace to relax we needed. We were very well received and for those who like to take their pet with them, this place is ideal, as it is 100% pet friendly. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of diversity and abundance. And the restaurant's food is delicious. We were overwhelmed by the kindness of the entire staff and we will be back soon!
