El hotel es hermoso, yo sou muy picky para la limpieza y de verdad todo estaba muy limpio. Todo el personal es muy amable y están al pendiente todo el tiempo desde la reservación. El restaurant es muy rico, aunque me hubiera gustado que fuera por paquete o buffet. He leído malos comentarios pero yo tuve una experiencia totalemente diferente a eso, todo fue excelente, yo reservé la habitación con jacuzzi y funcionó super bien, la vista es muy bonita. Tenía cosas pendientes que enviar del trabajo y el internet funcionó perfecto. Volveremos definitivamente.

"Among us"...Es uno de nuestros favoritos hoteles en Valle de Bravo, queda super bien ubicado, y cuenta con una de la mejores vistas con las cuales puedes dormir y despertar. Es un lugar encantador, el cual te ofrece muchos servicios como mansajes a un lado de la piscina, y el no salir y permanecer en el restaurante del hotel quedarás con un muy buen sabor de boca. Los dueños Carlos y su esposa son encantadores y serviciales. Las habitaciones amplias, muy minimalistas, sus cortinas nuevas que te permiten la entrada de luz suficiente para que amanezcas con esa vista que se pierde al otro lado del lago. Lo que no me encantó es que en una habitación permitieron la entrada a más de 8 personas ( una familia completa), la cual se encargo de mantener muy sucia la alberca. Sin embargo algo muy bueno que tienen, es que cuentan con un chef que te prepara comida gourmet , con muy buena presentación en los alimentos y con gran calidad en los mismos, sus porciones vastas y a muy buenos precios. Te recomiendo que si estás hospedado o no, en el Hotel Santa Rosa te des la oportunidad de ir y probar su amplia carta, el salmón, las pastas , y todas las sopas son muy buenas

No vayan a ese lugar, no tiene nada que ver lo que anuncian en las fotos con la realidad, te cobran mas por pagar con tarjeta, no respetan la tarifa, no tiene aire acondicionado, el restaurante es un robo, el ruido es infernal, las sabanas son rasposas, la cama es horrible y la travesía para llegar a la habitación es una locura, estacionar el auto es un triunfo, muy muy mal, NO VISITEN ESTE LUGAR

Las fotografías son muy engañosas respecto al hotel, esta muy feo, con todas las varillas salidas, la alberca se ve sucia, hay cucarachas en el cuarto, las toallas están súper ásperas, no hay ni siquiera teléfono en el cuarto para poder llamar a la recepción. La regadera tarda muchísimo tiempo para que salga agua caliente ( cuando adivinas cual es la llave) y una vez que sale, solo sale ardiendo, y esta en bajada la regadera.. ósea para caerse!! El estacionamiento es el peor del mundo, hay muy pocos lugares, no está iluminado, y si te tienes que dar la vuelta para estacionarte en el nivel de abajo, tu coche se raspa toda la parte de abajo En la mañana te despierta el agradable sonido de la lavadora El spa es un engaño, es solo un cuarto de cristal que ni ganas dieron de entrar Si van con una persona mayor, reconsidérenlo porque hay como mil escaleras, totalmente inaccesible!! De las peores experiencias que he tenido Aquí agregó fotografías reales, para que no se dejen engañar

El hotel está bien ubicado, pero es terrible la experiencia: el wifi demasiado lento, las lámparas de buró no servían, no tenían prácticamente ninguna bebida en el bar, el lavabo estaba tapado y lo peor: es IMPOSIBLE dormir! TODO el ruido de los otros huéspedes se escucha! Terrible! No volvería y no lo recomiendo.

Es un hotel muy sencillo, hice la reservación en internet donde decía la tarifa total con impuestos incluidos y al llegar al hotel dijeron que esa tarifa de internet es más impuestos. La habitación que elegí era con jacuzzi pero no se parece en nada a las imágenes de la página de internet, es muuuuy sencilla. Así que no vale la pena gastar en una habitación con jacuzzi, mejor elijan la sencilla. Si tú plan es descansar, no elijas este hotel ya que en la parte de arriba hay un restaurante y el domingo antes de las 8am pusieron la música a todo volumen, fue imposible descansar. El estacionamiento está alejado.

La relación precio calidad no es buena. Las habitaciones son sencillas y limpias. La TV no sirvió, no jalaba Wi-if ni había señal con el celular. Esta en medio de 2 calles y se escucha el ruido de los carros al pasar.

This hotel is an absolute mess. There is no Wifi in the rooms, there is no hot water, the jacuzzi tub in our room also didn't work even though we paid extra for this. On arrival they downgraded our room and then pulled a face when we came back to reception to question this. the onsite restaurant ran out of food! and no taxi would pick us up from the location. The noise from the road is terrible, there are car racing all night and one car hit a dog. The hotel is not secure at all anyone can walk in 24/7 which meant that random parties start. At 9pm every night the hotel turns into a night club open to anyone and goes on until 3am. They have a live DJ and the music on full blast, as its open to the general public it gets very busy and incredibly loud so if you booked a stay to sleep you will not get this at all, if you booked to party all night this is perfect for you. People scream at the top of their lungs and throw things off the balconies, rooms open the doors and disco lights are wheeled out, someone was climbing up our balcony and hanging off it screaming. There was a number of fights outside our room and someone actually tried to get into our room. The mess the next morning was disgusting, food everywhere, glass all over the place, litter thrown in the pool and along the grounds, this did not get picked up till 10am. There was puddles of sick around the pool and sick in the pool. I have pictures on my phone and video evidence of the disgraceful night club they operate. DO NOT STAY HERE! we have done a charge back for our stay.

La habitación es extremadamente ruidosa; se escucha TODO lo que pasa en las habitaciones contiguas. El lavamanos del baño no funcionaba y la puerta del baño no cerraba correctamente. El control de la televisión no funcionaba ni tampoco las lamparas de los buros. El restaurante está muy mal surtido en cuestión de bebidas alcohólicas. Tomando en cuenta todo esto, un precio justo por noche serían unos $700 pesos y no los más de $2,000 que cobran.
