El hotel está increíble, justo en medio del bosque , Nos encantaron los jardines , las fuentes , los Bambus, etc. La habitación era hermosa con vista a los jardines y nos prendieron la chimenea con una carga de leña Por $100. Mi novio y yo disfrutamos del gimnasio con vista al bosque. La piscina esta climatizada. Lo único que no nos agradó es que al personal le Falta actitud de servicio, sobre todo en la cafetería, la chica siempre de malas. De ahí en general, todo increíble, sin duda volveríamos por qué el hotel es muy bello y nos encanta la naturaleza.

El hotel muy agradable y tranquilo, mi habitacion si bien era pequeña, estaba en impecable estado y limpia. El staff del hotel muy amable y con buena disposicion. Los puntos negativos son: En las habitaciones que dan a la calle se escucha mucho ruido dela calle. El restaurante del hotel muy malo y caro para lo que ofrece, el servicio atento, pero mala variedad, solo fuimos a desayunar y con eso quedamos invitados a no regresar, ni siquiera miel de abeja tenian. lo bueno es que Valle de bravo es un buen lugar para enconrar muchos lugares para comer cerca.

La experiencia fue muy buena, habitación, comodidad e instalaciones, solo como sugerencia: avisar al momento del check in los días de apertura del restaurante, ya que quisimos desayunar al día siguiente de nuestra llegada y nadie nos aviso que ese día no había servicio y tuvimos que slair a desayunar ya tarde.

The hotel is expensive for what they offer, dark, and complicated to get there. The manager and front desk lady are bitter and so rude, no one will put a smile or help you in any way. And found a big bug in the room. There is no space to leave your clothes, safe box does not work and they are not responsible if you loose something. The pool is not comfortable, restaurant too small. A real mess

Came to Valle de Bravo for a wedding and unfortunately only stayed here one night. Cozy boutique hotel feeling, this is a place where you should spend at least a couple of nights to take advantage of everything it’s got to offer (nature, spa, restaurants). Had a jacuzzi session, get to check amazing views of Valle de Bravo. Room was small but cozy, and our only negative comment is that the bathroom is too small. Definitely recommend checking this hotel out!

El hotel esta muy agradable, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y le dan buen mantenimiento. Esta ubicado algo lejos del centro de Valle . La habitación que nos asignaron la anunciaron como Junior suite pero no era mas que una habitación pequeña, funcional pero bastante promedio y para nada una junior suite, se oían todos los mas mínimos ruidos, conversaciones y movimientos de la habitación de arriba. También era muy fría la habitacion, muchas entradas de aire. El aspecto que considero le baja mas la calificación al hotel es el servicio, si bien hay algunas excepciones, en general casi todo el personal da un servicio deficiente y muy lento, en particular en el restaurante. Parecería que les falta personal o mas bien que el personal no esta bien capacitado para dar buen servicio. El paquete que incluye desayuno esta muy limitado y solo puedes escoger entre muy pocas opciones.
