Un sitio y entorno verdaderamente excepcional. Si tu propósito es desconectar de la rutina, es aquí. Las habitaciones y el servicio son excelentes. La cocina es buena sin llegar a la excelencia. Aproveche para hacer una de las actividades que ofrece el hotel y me la pase increíble en el tiro con arco. Asegúrate de llevar ropa abrigadora ya que estarás rodeado de bosque.

Hubiera dado 5 puntos si la mesa que está al pie de la cama fuera segura, ya que por su forma y localización sufrimos en varias ocasiones golpes en las piernas que nos dejaron varios moretones por su mala ubicación, diseño y forma. De lo demás todo muy bien. Un concepto muy estratégico dentro del bosque. El desayuno sumamente costosos y muy básico. El circuito hidráulico del spa, vale la pena.

It is hard to believe that after so many post-pandemic changes in the hospitality and hotel industries, Rodavento still holds a no cancellation policy, even with a long time heads up in advance. Zero attention nor care to guest service or experience.

El lugar y la atención es increíble pero una pena que tengan problemas con el agua caliente. Y más en el SPA. Es un lugar ideal para venir con niños. La cocina es muy buena quizás poco variada para estancias de más de 4 días. Lamentablemente tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente todo el tiempo en la habitación así como en el SPA lo cual es bastante cuestionable VS los precios de estancia y del SPA

Fuimos a desayunar hoy por la mañana y con la intención de conocer el hotel para ver si la próxima vez valdría la pena quedarnos en Rodavento ya que no lo conocíamos... Desayunamos en el restaurante y pedimos el buffet, que la verdad si le falta algo de platillos para que esté completo... lo anterior comparándolos con restaurantes de Buffet en CDMX y con el del restaurante José en el hotel Avándaro, del Club de Golf Avandaro. Yo creo que sí pueden mejorar, ya que a primera vista no se te antoja tanto como el otro que menciono, en donde nos quedamos el fin de semana. La alberca es miniatura.... parece chapoteadero. No conocí los cuartos pero el lugar en sí, es muy agradable con tanta vegetación. Revisé precios de las estancias y definitivamente me quedo con la opción donde nos alojamos nosotros...

This was the very best place to stay with kids. Plenty for kids and grownups to stay busy. A short 10 min taxi into Valle. We loved our time here. Definitely recommend. Amazing food and authentic Mexican experience. Not "American touristy" at all. If you speak Spanish even better here but not a necessity. If you have kids, don't doubt this option. I say "go!" We have 3 kids. Son age 9.5, and 2 daughters ages 13,14. Kids club for our son was clutch. Great experience all around. Such a fun and beautiful setting. Great food and drinks. Great settings for grown-ups to enjoy just as much.

I was robbed during my stay. There was no hot water in the room, so on our way to dinner (at the hotel’s restaurant) we asked the front desk to fix the issue. When we returned, I noted that money was missing from my wallet so I called the front desk to ask if someone entered the room to which they said no. When I mentioned that money was missing, the night manager came to the room with the maintenance person and both of them reaffirmed that nobody entered the room and that the boiler issue was fixed from the outside. I then asked to see the electronic record of room entrance. The record confirmed that someone entered to the room while we were at dinner. After this confirmation, the hotel manager told me that he will personally take care of the issue and that I would be reimbursed. Two weeks have passes since then with no response from management (after I followed up). I would not recommend staying here.

Me encanta este lugar, si eres amante de bosque este es un lugar perfecto para disfrutarlo, tienen viarios tipos de habitación., todos padres . Me pase dos días inolvidables . Las actividades increíbles, la vista de las cabañas 10 de 10. En las habitaciones cuidado cada detalle, No se pierdan de vivir esta experiencia

Our family's first visit to Valle de Bravo and couldn't have chosen a more perfect hotel. The property is spread out with private cabins, we were lucky to have the closet cabin to the hotel, which made walking with our kids (5 & 7) much easier. We had the standard two queen bed with two twins upstairs, although I didn't trust my kids climbing the ladder at night, so they made that area their "play space." Food was divine. We tried a few restaurants in town, but Rodavento's was much much better. Our kids joined the Kids Camp each day and absolutely loved it, kids went zip lining, kayaking, slip-n-slip, and lots more. Our family is fully fluent in Spanish, but even if you don't speak Spanish it would be possible to enjoy everything. We are already planning to come back, as it was the perfect way to start our 1-month travels around Mexico.
