excelente lugar para disfrutar de la tranquilidad, sobre todo de las áreas verdes que tiene el hotel y su salón de juntas. Los alimentos de primera, las habitaciones son muy confortables vas a descansar como en tu casa, las almohadas son una garantía.

Fui de fin de semana con mi pareja ya que buscabamos un lugar alejada de la ciudad y comido lo cual nos sorprendio ya que la habitacion que nos toco fue una pequeña pero muy hermosa ya que la vista que tenia era al restaurante y alberca, un bestidos y baño separado de la habitacion para nosotros fue lo mejor. Consumimos los alimentos en su restaurante y aun que demoro un poco los alimentos estaban riquisimos. Pedimos servicio de masajes y han sido los mejores ya que son completamente relajantes. La atencion y disponibilidad de la chica de recepcio fue de lo mejor. nosotros regresariamos sin pensalo.

Mal servicio!! Muy lejano a ser un hotel boutique. Llovió y se fue la luz, la planta de luz no servía (según ellos) el servicio del personal pésimo, se nota que no están capacitados, no regresemos nunca

Excelente ubicación, servicio y restaurante. Especialmente agradecidos con las atenciones del gerente del hotel -Miguel- y Mario -concierge-. Puedes llegar caminando a la zona comercial de Avándaro, estás al lado de otros buenos restaurantes, y la alberca y jardines del hotel están muy agradables. Muy recomendable!!

Antes me gustaba este hotel, pero están cambiando a la gente, no están dando el servicio correcto y la gente que están contratando no cuenta con experiencia, imagen y da muy mal servicio e información

Es un hotel muy caro para el servicio y la calidad de las recámaras. En mi caso me toco una recámara con vista al estacionamiento con un valor de 8 mil pesos. El mini bar estaba vacío, la tarifa no incluye desayuno. El internet se desconecta a ratos. Se comentan estas cosas en recepción y la reacción es de indiferencia.

Un hotel donde abusan de tu confianza y hacen cobros excesivos en restaurant y bar Y no te hacen firmar al final es donde te sorprenden con las cuentas , en este caso fuimos varios amigos y a todos nos sorprendieron , unos pasados de listos , pedíamos una cuba puesta y te cobraban la coca , el tehuacan y el bacardi todo por separado más excesivos consumos que no realizamos y que nos fueron cobrados , porque te hacen firmar un baucher abierto por si no quieres pagar
