Saubere Zimmer und gutes Essen umd Cocktails direkt vor der Tür. 10 Minuten fußläufig zum zentralen Platz der Stadt. Trotz Straßenlage nicht zu laut. Viele gute Restaurants auch mit Empfehlung des Hotels in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar.

Excelente estancia y lugar. Vale mucho la pena. Habitaciones amplias, limpias. El bar cierra a las 12 y la comida está muy buena. Solo pase una noche y definitivamente regresaré en mi próxima visita. Si tienen oportunidad vivian la experiencia

Très bel hôtel, personnel très agréable. Très bon restaurant juste devant. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et suffisant. La chambre était bien propre et agréable, couchage confortable. Piscine ouverte tard, bien agréable après une journée sous la chaleur mexicaine

We booked this hotel to get away from Hurricane Beryl. Check in was a little cumbersome. Upon arrival, the hotel was bracing for the storm and amenities were limited. Completely understandable. Our first night was fine. The eye of the storm passed over the hotel the next morning and there was a power outage at 9am and did not return. Staff brought fruit and a sandwich to each room, which was nice. We decided to not stay for the second reserved night. Room was non-refundable, which was fine. However, they asked for $300.00 pesos per night for a pet deposit but were not able to refund the pet deposit for the unused night. It was a reasonable request but not honored. Again, not a big deal but I don't think there was really anyone in charge present when we checked out. Felt very secure as the hurricane blew over the top of us. Great layout to escape a storm.

Definitivamente no vale lo que ofrece. Pagamos 4,000 por una “suite con terraza” la terraza es un patio lleno de insectos. Con un muro horrible y sillas de madera viejas. El hotel esta en un barrio muy feo del cual no puedes salir a caminar No lo recomiendo ni aunque lleves perros. Busca mas opciones

Nos encanto!!!!!!!! Anayatzy y Clarisa fueron excelentes en su servicio. Nos alejamos 2 noches, el restaurante que está afuera tiene buen ambiente. La habitación linda y limpia. El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado. Nuestra estancia fue muy buena. Graaacccciiiiaaaassssss!!!
