It has all the conditions of an excellent hotel. It is a pity that I cannot see the most beautiful scenery due to the season. I will choose this place again if I have the chance. It is highly recommended.

Kamer 519: Het bed lag heerlijk en alles was schoon. Mooie, ruime kamer met veel ramen en een mooi uitzicht op het binnenplaats. De omgeving was prachtig en de binnenkant van de kerk was adembenemend. Het personeel was behulpzaam en beleeft en het zwembad was lekker verfrissend. Het enige min puntje was dat de kamer te warm was.

Nice historic buildings but the whole experience was not luxury. Service in restaurant Quickx was slow and dinner choice fixed to one dish. I walked around outside paths to find the entrance of the pool. Breakfast restaurant under refurbishment so the breakfast room felt like a busy, noisy canteen. So disappointing as we looked forward to a lovely chic country weekend. Refreshing overhaul of all aspects necessary as a bit tired.

Wunderschönes Schloss, toller Garten, sehr schöne große Zimmer, Pool sehr hübsch, Sauna sehr klein. Service: Alle sind sehr bemüht, es wirkt jedoch chaotisch. Wir haben 1,5 Stunden gebraucht, um einen kleinen Nachmittag-Snack zu erhalten. Zimmer-Service hatte die Bestellung nach 20 Minuten abgesagt, sie bringen nur richtige Mahlzeiten ins Zimmer. Im Bistro des Hotels, 500 m Distanz, wollte man uns nicht mehr bedienen, man bereite sich auf das Abendessen vor. In der Bar erhielten wir dann endlich eine kleine Käseplatte - 5 sehr kleine Käsestücke für 25 Euro. Das Frühstück war chaotisch. Alles dauerte sehr lang. Brot war leer und es wurde nach langem warten nur 1 Stück gebracht, das sofort leer war. Auch Obst, Lachs, Schinken etc. waren leer und wurden erst nach über 30 Minuten wieder nachgefüllt. Lachsplatte blieb die ganze Zeit leer. Das Personal war freundlich und rannte hektisch herum. Tolle Location - aber für den Preis ist der Service nicht professionell genug.

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Heerlijke kamer met fanatische bed. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel . Genoten van een diner bij Le Salon en de 2de avond bij Chateau Neercanne alles perfect geregeld inclusief vervoer van en naar Neercanne . En ook de massage bij de spa was fanatische

Our overall experience was truly perfect. Every member of the staff we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful—not in a rehearsed way, but genuinely interested in providing the best service possible. You can tell they take pride in their work, especially in maintaining the beautiful gardens and using products from their own land. The location was stunning, and the breakfast was amazing with fresh, local ingredients. The restaurant was Michelin-worthy, offering an unforgettable dining experience. Beste, Prachtige gebouwen op een toplocatie. Zoals ook aan de medewerker meegegeven bij uit check, waren er wel drie zaken die jammer waren. Zo vond ik in de ochtend achter ons bed de restanten van druiventakjes en dit na een kortere nachtrust, wat we niet verwacht hadden. Er was een event, dat werd ons ook medegedeeld bij ontvangst, jammer dat we dit niet bij de boeking wisten. Aangezien we echt voor de rust kwamen. Verder verliep het ontbijt erg chaotisch en waren de schotels meer leeg dan vol, tassen waren op, er werd niet medegedeeld dat er a là carte besteld kon worden, ik miste hier echt een maître. De medewerkers die ochtend deden echt wel hun best, ze waren onderbemand, dat was duidelijk. Om deze redenen vond ik ons korte verblijf matig en niet in verhouding prijs/kwaliteit. Der Aufenthalt hat mir und meiner Familie außerordentlich gut gefallen. Zimmer, Restaurant und besonders das Personal waren bestens. Der Einsatz für unsere gelegentlichen Sonderwünsche war lobenswert. Die Lage mit dem Park und dem anschließenden Naturschutzgebiet ist einzigartig. Wir kommen wieder.
