Buona accoglienza e disponibilità, posto molto carino consigliato soprattutto in estate. Colazione abbondante dolce e salata, possibilità di aperitivo con tagliere di prodotti tipici e possibilità di cena.Davvero consigliato anche per la posizione in quanto è vicino a Perugia, Gubbio e Assisi

The good parts of staying here are really good. The room was comfortable and quiet. Beautiful decor, history all around, it’s a lot of fun. We walked the whole castle. It’s really interesting, from the courtyards to the church to the hallways. They really push having dinner. It’s a bit expensive, and not as good as we expected. It was good, just not really good. The staff is on top of everything to make your stay great. They are all friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The music that was played during dinner was so outstanding. It’s a really cool place to stay. BUT…… I have two complaints. 1.) we were inundated with emails and messages on Booking. I mean over whelmed! I’m estimating over 30 messages in the couple of days leading up to our stay. From pushing attendance at dinner to buying breakfast to time of arrival. It was way, way, way too much. If you need to email me, do it all in one message. 2.) I guess they can’t help it due to location, but wifi is spotty at best. We couldn’t get it in our room. So, stay here knowing you won’t have wifi, knowing you will see really cool facilities, eat alright food, and be served by great people.

Solo la meraviglia che si palesa agli occhi appena si arriva qui, merita il viaggio fatto (siamo dentro un castello), se poi ci aggiungiamo, la professionalità, cortesia e simpatia dello staff, assieme a Silvestro il gatto (è lui il padrone del castello) unito ad un ottimo mangiare sempre vario abbiamo raggiunto il top Consigliatissimo per chi ama la tranquillità e il silenzio

Due stelle sono per la gentilezza del personale e la bellezza del castello. Gestione pessima, organizzazione nulla. Appartamenti esterni al castello datati e non attrezzati. La prima sera la caldaia era spenta, la wifi non andava, luce del bagno fulminata e mancavano adattatori per far funzionare la tv. Angolo cottura sprovvisto di prodotti per pulire,non c era nemmeno un tovagliolo. Poi il proprietario che manda avanti il dipendente è sempre il top. Volevamo andare via dopo la prima notte ma avremmo dovuto saldare l intero soggiorno. Non consiglierei.

il posto é incantevole, il personale molto disponibile, gentile e sorridente. cucina ottima e buon vino Sono stata in un appartamento con amiche e l'unico difetto riscontrato é che la cucina non era molto fornita ma forse non viene usata molto come appartamento, ma basta chiedere e la risposta é immediata. ringrazio tutto lo staff e spero di ritornare presto, Lucia
