My friend and I enjoyed our stay here last month. It is a very modern hotel (which is why I picked it) and our room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was quite good. The air conditioning was good and very quiet. The cold aspects of breakfast were good and plentiful, but we were not impressed with the hot selection, as they were only tepid. I had the scrambled eggs several days, which were a perfect consistency but never hot enough. The swimming pool (which we didn't expect to be open) looked inviting, but as we did so much sightseeing we didn't have time to try it! On our first night we arrived after 10pm. After checking in and doing some unpacking, we headed to the bar for a sandwich and a drink. It was 11.05pm and we were told that we could only get food if we ordered room service. We were hungry and so we did this. If we had been told when checking in that they stopped serving food in the bar at 11pm, then we would have gone straight down, We asked at reception the following morning about the Tourist Bus. We were told that we would need to go into the city centre to catch it. When we used the Tourist Bus we found that it actually stopped about 10 minutes walk from the hotel! We were also given wrong information about the local bus. Although we liked the hotel overall, we found that it was a little too far from the city centre for us.

I really like the city of Valencia...who doesn't like sunshine! ! ! As for the location of the hotel, it is generally about 2-3 kilometers away from the train station and the old city. You need to take a few bus stops. It is not far from the new city and you can walk there! The room is quite big, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom also has a bathtub. When you are tired from playing, you can take a bath and relax... Be sure to boil mineral water to drink. After drinking the mineral water, I boil a pot of tap water. It tastes crazy!

A charming hotel and well situated near a metro station. A few stations from the town’s center which is very nice. The rooms were clean and affordable. The employees were charming and friendly. We stayed one night. We loved it, loved our stay in Valencia! I recommend it.

Hmmm such a strange hotel because on one side you have lovely big rooms, nice big open reception, the hotel is in great location But on the other hand Most (not all) of The reception staff do not seem happy so when you ask them for something you feel like a burden. We couldnt check in until 4pm so at 4pm the reception is full of people queuing, I emailed ahead to ask for early check in - there was no way that not one room was available. I didnt even get a reply. I then left some clothes in the spa changing rooms by accident & the next day realised & the reception staff had 0 interest in helping me find them. ‘We dont have them’ is all I got. We booked the hotel because it had a rooftop pool but then there was a roof over the top ‘because they were expecting rain’ when it was a gloriously sunny day. Fortunately someone else complained & they took the roof off. The rooftop bar wasnt open either. Room service isnt 24 hours (not the end of the world)

I have read a lot of bad reviews, but this is our experience: -Hotel staff: 100/100 great attention! Very pleasant, they resolve anything (we were without a loader and we were charged the phone). The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. -Cleaning: everything was in perfect condition and cleaning was unpolluted. The beds were quite comfortable. Soft coats and cotton fit. Haves pool and padel track. Unquestionably an experience we will repeat
