Che dire? Tutto perfetto! Camere abbastanza pulite, non sembra affatto un B&B ma un piccolo hotel. Confortevole, adatto a tutte le esigenze, a due passi dal centro storico. Niente da dire, da chi gestisce tutto, bravissime, Cordiali, disponibili e attenta a tutte le esigenze. Grazie ancora a Chiara che è stata carina per noi poveri italiani che non sapevamo la lingua 🤣. Spero tanto di ritornare, grazie ancora da Fabrizio e Giovanna da Palermo

Muy nuevo y limpio. Acceso con tarjeta. Check-in muy fácil, incluso a altas horas de la noche (código de acceso enviado por correo electrónico). Hay un ascensor muy silencioso. Ubicación muy cerca del centro antiguo y de los medios de transporte. Gracias a Chiara por todo. Vale la pena volver.

Ottimo hotel vicinissimo al centro storico di valencia e ben pulito, tutto il personale molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare bravissima chiara alla reception che ci ha aiutato in tutte le maniere possibili facilitando la nostra vacanza

Hôtel récent, propre, situé en centre ville à 10 mn à pied du métro. Le quartier est très calme. Quelques points à noter : - le réceptionniste ne m'a pas informé à mon arrivée de la présence d'un coin cuisine au 5ème étage dont je n'ai pas pu profiter. J'en ai découvert l'existence au moment de partir (c'est noté en tout petit dans l'ascenseur mais étant logé au 1er je ne prenais pas l'ascenseur...) - un bloc de secours situé à l'intérieur de la chambre diffuse de la lumière la nuit, pensez à prendre un masque si vous avez le sommeil léger. - enfin les heures d'ouverture de la réception sont assez limitées : 10h-14h puis 16h-19h pour le check-in, on peut ensuite rentrer directement dans l'hôtel avec une carte.

Very friendly staff and hotel in an excellent location. I stayed for 5 days with a friend and the room next to us was being renovated. Every morning at 8 it was like having construction workers in the room, not to mention the constant coming and going of building materials located everywhere in the hotel. I think these works will continue because our room also had things to fix (parts of the bathroom door frames missing). Currently it is ABSOLUTELY not worth the price.

Small B&B in the historic center of Valencia, very complete, with spacious rooms, very clean, with an elevator and excellent service from the receptionist María. No breakfast, but with a common kitchen with everything you need to make all meals. It has tables and chairs, kitchen, oven, 2 microwaves, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine and dryer. It also has a beautiful furnished terrace. It far exceeded my expectations. I would return, if I return to the city and I will recommend it to my friends. Difficult to find because it is located on a 400-meter street that changes name every block.

Small hotel located a few minutes' walk from the historic center and close to public transport, in a very quiet location. The rooms have been recently renovated, very clean, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Possibility to rent bicycles, free luggage storage. On the top floor there is a kitchen and a terrace available to guests, they also lend umbrellas for the beach - Reading the other reviews I was expecting a more modest environment but we were very satisfied.

It is certainly an affordable accommodation for the prices in the area (€135/2 nights), but it has many shortcomings. First, although it is called a B&B, it does not have a breakfast option, and this is something that is greatly missed because in the immediate area there are also no places where you can have an early breakfast and go back to the room. The attention of the people at the reception is pleasant, they are friendly and willing to guide you. They have office hours, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Outside of those hours you have no one to turn to if you need something. The room they assigned me, on the third floor, was unrenovated. The very deteriorated bathroom with built-in toilets in very fair conditions. Don't expect utilities or any details either: just a glass and a roll of toilet paper. The bed may last for one or two nights, but it has seen better days. The blinds did not work: one of them did not go down completely, and the other, being down, did not go up any more. That said, it is an affordable option to stay in Valencia for 1-2 nights, no more, and relatively close to everything. But don't expect luxury...
