The location is very close to the City of Arts and Sciences, and there are no other advantages. The room is very old and the facilities are average. I live on the 1st floor (the front desk is on the 0th floor) and the water pressure in the shower is very low. The elevator often doesn't light up and parking costs 18 euros a day. Not recommended.
