We needed a place to shower and rest after helping the neighbors of Valencia after the DANA disaster. We booked quickly based on proximity to the train so as not to waste time, but it was one of the worst decisions in terms of accommodation. If you value a hot shower and a comfortable bed, I recommend investing a little more and opting for a hotel. This place was terrible: we slept in tiny capsules, without proper ventilation and with the feeling of insecurity that anyone could enter. At 2 in the morning I had to open the door to be able to breathe, as I was suffocating. To top it off, you have to pay an additional €2 for a sad towel in a shower in a shared bathroom, gym-style showers. Lockers to store things out of your reach, with access through a card! If you went to bed and forgot something, you had to go back to do the little step to look for what you needed… I do not recommend it at all. The reservation was non-refundable, so I couldn't cancel it, but I regret not having looked for another option. Although the idea was to save money to help those who needed it most, I assure you that for €50 you can find a much more decent hotel room, without the heat that there was? Hard mattresses (if you can call them that), two pillows that seemed like they didn't even exist, a piece of mini duvet for 2, the lack of air and the claustrophobia that we experienced here. Terrible! For someone who comes from the tourism sector, like me, it seems like a real abuse to offer "beds" in this way. I don't recommend it, and I hope they give me my money back. I hope that this experience serves so that no one else goes through the same thing. Greetings.

The hotel is pretty good. It's close to the city center. The kitchen has a microwave and a refrigerator. There are train and high-speed rail stations and supermarkets nearby. Overall, it's good.

Location is good. 5 minutes away from the high-speed train station and around 10-15 minutes to the city centre on foot. Clean IKEA style decoration. Bicycles available for rent. It was impossible to sleep during my stay. The capsules have zero noise or light insulation. People come and go at all hours so there’s constant noise and switching on and off of lights. The capsules are stuck one on top of the other so any movement is felt on all of them. There are lights inside the capsule that you can’t switch off and ventilation is minimal. You are not allowed to keep your belongings in the capsule. Everything needs to fit in a locker in a different room. WiFi service was spotty at best (not possible to use streaming services) and if you need to have your luggage held before or after check in/out you are charged for it. Cheap price but not worth the inconveniences and barely there amenities.

It was our first experience in a hotel of this type and the truth is that we liked it more than expected

Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel. Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us. Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night. Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place
