ValyValentina

We needed a place to shower and rest after helping the neighbors of Valencia after the DANA disaster. We booked quickly based on proximity to the train so as not to waste time, but it was one of the worst decisions in terms of accommodation. If you value a hot shower and a comfortable bed, I recommend investing a little more and opting for a hotel. This place was terrible: we slept in tiny capsules, without proper ventilation and with the feeling of insecurity that anyone could enter. At 2 in the morning I had to open the door to be able to breathe, as I was suffocating.
To top it off, you have to pay an additional €2 for a sad towel in a shower in a shared bathroom, gym-style showers. Lockers to store things out of your reach, with access through a card! If you went to bed and forgot something, you had to go back to do the little step to look for what you needed… I do not recommend it at all. The reservation was non-refundable, so I couldn't cancel it, but I regret not having looked for another option. Although the idea was to save money to help those who needed it most, I assure you that for €50 you can find a much more decent hotel room, without the heat that there was? Hard mattresses (if you can call them that), two pillows that seemed like they didn't even exist, a piece of mini duvet for 2, the lack of air and the claustrophobia that we experienced here. Terrible!
For someone who comes from the tourism sector, like me, it seems like a real abuse to offer "beds" in this way. I don't recommend it, and I hope they give me my money back. I hope that this experience serves so that no one else goes through the same thing.
Greetings.
