I am not sure why this hotel has been awarded 5 stars. At best, it is 4 stars. Our room intermittently smelled of sewer gas, and a public culvert runs directly under the hotel entrance that smells of sewer gas almost constantly.

Though it was a “hidden” gem (the sign is on the front door and not visible from the street) , we loved our 3-night stay with Daniela, the proprietor, and her stellar staff. We arrived to a beautiful room with spectacular view. We were a bit peckish and the perfect snack of regional almond cookies were there for the taking. Nice touch! Being a retired chef, I was tickled pink the resident chef was young and innovative. We made a reservation for dinner one evening and each course was as delectable as the next ( see photo below). If local Red Shrimp are in season, order whatever the chef has prepared - I savored every bite. Daniela also offered to ship to us in the US local specialties like confitures, Trapani sea salt, honey as well as other delicious condiments. Thank you, Daniela, and staff for making our stay such a memorable one. We hope to see you sooner than later. Emily & George

Belle adresse, chambre tout confort avec jacuzzi privé. La cuisine de terroir est excellente, le service personnalisé et un sens réel de l'hospitalité anime tous les membres du personnel. L'hôtesse Daniela et son chef travaillent avec les produits et les vins locaux, aiment à les raconter. Pour accéder à ce petit paradis, il faut faire confiance à son GPS: une enseigne visible de la rue aiderait les visiteurs.

Sehr gemütliches, familiäres Boutique Hotel. Die Küche war ausgezeichnet, die Weine erlesen und die Gastgeber waren grossartig. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und vom Stil her sehr modern und mit edlen Materialen ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts.

Un oasi di paradiso, consiglio davvero questo posto. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, tutto il personale super cordiale premuroso e gentile, purtroppo non siamo arrivati ad assaggiare la loro cucina per via del poco tempo a disposizione, ma la colazione davvero ottima e soprattutto super rilassante all’esterno. Le camere sono bellissime, curate nei minimi dettagli. Ci tornerei e ci torneremo sicuramente molto volentieri se dovessimo andare da quelle parti. Complimenti!

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, leckeres Frühstück, top Menü beim Abendessen, Zimmer gross und ruhig. Grosses Badezimmer mit grosser Dusche. Gerne wieder. Auto fast zwingend wegen Lage, aber einige gute Adressen für Dinner im Örtchen.
