Great, apart from Tax de Sejour.
Always lovely to stay here, staff are friendly. The rooms I’ve always stayed in have been tired, but clean enough.
BEWARE, Don’t bother paying cash for the Tax de Sejour upon check out as you will then be charged AGAIN on your credit card you used for security upon check in.
I’ve been contacting the hotel since I got back to the UK trying to get a refund, but 7 messages later and I still have not heard back from them. The only negative to an otherwise lovely annual visit.

Solid
Great cozy hotel a 1min walk (in ski boots) from the gondolas. Friendly staff, and good breakfast. Good ski storage in the basement, and great sauna+steam room. Definitely coming back.

Friedly staff and charming hotel
Very friendly and helpfull staff, good breakfast and overall a charming hotel at a great location in the heart of val d’isere. Worked a couple of days from the room and the wifi also worked mostly very well.

Location, Locatio, Location pays off!!
L'hotel est beau and just a cote du centre ville est les piste du ski. Le chauffage n'as pas marche dans notre chambre mais il on fixe le prochain jour. On a fait la reservayion dans le meme jour ont este arrive a tres bonne prix. Est vraiment beau a VAL D'ISERE donc on va revenir.

Hotel recommandé
Belle experience, confortable et proche des pistes, le spa ets un vrai plus. Le vrai gros plus serait de realiser les services proposes, erreur sur la reservation des ski pass, pas de prise en compte de la demande en cuisine sur allergie alimentaire
