The room rate was cheap so the quality of the room too. We expected it to be a better one but the case was different

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, with a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The highlight was the amazing balcony view, offering breathtaking panoramas of the valley that made each moment special. Highly recommend for a memorable stay!

Location is very good, cleanliness need to be improved

Happy with the hotel and staff behaviour

Our stay was extremely good but i have some important flaws there. One is our rooms were not properly cleaned and none of them asked us. Can the room be cleaned or not.. And the dust bins were not emptied on a daily basis.. Then the room was being extremely dusty under the bed..I think they used to sweep the dust and push it under the bed.. I get it we don't sleep under the bed but as a room, it was supposed to be clean completely not only in areas that are commonly visible.. It was a great task trying to calibrate and get the perfect temperature of the water we need in the shower.. It was either too hot or too cold..We then used buckets to bath.. And opening and locking the door was a hectic task the main door had some cheap Chinese locks which made locking and unlocking the door difficult. The bedsheets, as well as the pillow cover, were not clean we asked the staff to bring another one.. Yet it was the same unclean one.. I think The bed sheets and pillow cover were not washed after every stay is over. Last and final one.. They didn't have a signboard or a banner that was being powered by a light.So it became difficult for us to find the place when we guys went for a walk in the evening times But in conclusion for a price point of this place is worth every penny. These minor flaws can be easily rectified if they did then they would be the best stay in vacation. No doubts 💯
