New and clean hotel. However hotel staff needs training on hospitality , to compare, staffs at ITC Welcom Hotel (near by business hotel) are more better at gesture. Especially entrance and reception, it feels like you are entering at train station, as they will not even help with luggage when scanning bags.

stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay here. Their breakfast quality and services are top class. Service staff was very attentive and offered various dishes which were not part of the buffet but were served freshly made and offered. Room and bathroom was cleaned, all amenities were provided. Will surely come and stay here again. Location was fantastic, very close to Alkapuri / office.

The zeste is like a our second home. I'm regularly visit in the fern an ecotel hotel in akota. Staff behaviour was very cool and supportive. Service was great 👍 excellent. Sepcially mr. Had stayed here for a one night business visit. Nice decent property and value for money for its price point. Good location and in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is small with one restraunt. The in room dining food was good but spicy. The breakfast spread was decent but no desserts and cappuccino/latte. Service was great. The toiletries were great. The towels,napkins , and bathroom fittings looked really worned out and old. Pillow covers and quilts also looked a little old. All in all a basic decent property with good price point but do not expect a HILTON standard.

My stay was on 3rd floor with no lift. Ladder is congested and dirty. It has no sunlight also. Room is better. Food was explanation. Tea was very costly-rs. 520/5 cups.
