Ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvät patjat huoneessa ja huone siisti. Koira huomioitu pienellä pussilla, jossa namuja ja kakkapusseja. Huoneessa koiralle oma pyyhe kuten muissakin Sokos hotelleissa.
Pesuhuoneesta puuttui lattiapyyhe/matto sekä kenkälusikka.
Aamiainen oli surkein hotelliaamiainen, jonka olen eläessäni saanut. Terveisiä keittiöpäällikölle/hotellinjohtajalle, että säästökuuri näkyy, ja jos on pakko säästää, niin mieluummin määrästä kuin laadusta.
Tuoremehu oli keltaista mutta maistui lähinnä vedelle. Muissakin hotelleissa sama automaatti mutta säädöt kohdallaan. Leikkele halvinta mahdollista puristekinkkua, ja ainoa "lux-tuote", lämminsavulohitahna oli niin suolaista, että jäi lautaselle. Inkiväärishotti oli varmaan esanssi inkivääristä ja mehusta sekoitettu.
Lisäksi aamupala tarjoiltiin baarissa, joka ei ole suunniteltu aamiaistarjoilua varten. Paikat ahtaat, ja sekavat eikä kaikki mahtuneet istumaan tavallisiin pöytiin vaan piti baarituolilla istua.
Jos Vaasassa pitää toiste yöpyä, niin valitsen toisen hotellin.

This hotel needs definitely a retrofit. Old installation. I recommend Sokos Royal which is pretty closer and totally renewed.
