Decoration for husband birthday is very beautiful… Aminul did the great job👍🏻 Stay was also very good… very nice property and the staff is very cooperative… for kids also there are so many activities to do… overall service is good. Food is also good

Sham reviews! I went on a family trip. Booked it after seeing reviews and that it claims itself as a five star property. Well, this couldn’t be further from the truth. Property is poorly maintained; the room flooring is full of scratches; back side of bed is fungus infested; they have put up portrait/painting to cover it up. The balcony ‘s tiles were discolored. They did not care to refurbish the bad interiors. Bathroom was dingy and dimly. Lights were not working. Electric kettle was not working. The food was horrible. The buffet spread had flies and insects hovering over salads; nobody there to check it! Options were very limited. Spa which is supposed to smell wholesome and inviting was dingy cramped and had a weird stench. Pool was badly maintained. In all, it was a waste of money and we tried to stay outdoors as much as possible as coming back reminded us of some badly maintained hostel.

I stayed in Planet Hollywood Resort from 10 Nov to 15 Nov 24. My stay here was very comfortable. The resort is beautifully laid out with vast beaches and nice garden. The staff is very generous and courteous. Special mention to Mr Giri, the Chef who took care of awesome food as well as Ms Nupur, Ms Ruella and Mr Shawn. I recommend it for an awesome experience of real Goa. Sandeep

I stayed 7 days in Planet Holywood. It was my second stay. 1st of all, I would recommend it for travellers - holiday or business, and I would stay there next time. Very professional staff . Especially I send my thanks to Mr. Canisio from F&B for a very prompt and high-quality room service (food was 5 of 5!). And thanks to Ms. Subha from Front Office, she was really helpful. The breakfast, beach, inside area is very good. The only notes I could make are : 1. Room cleaning may be does not have enough staff as they can not clean convenient time and the my lamp on the room "please clean!" stayed without response. 2. Beach restaurant Poseidon cove did not have enough choice of seafood. like tiger prawns, crab, pomfret, salmon (whatever I liked) . they evidently had problems with smart supply of seafood even during high season and hotel fully booked-in. And menu is not much of choice : they do not have soups, salads. Need to be improved

I visit this resort every year with my family. It was an excellent stay and we were looked after very well. We loved everything during our stay especially how they showered upon love and care to our ailing daughter. Felt warmth & loved ❤️ Special thanks to the staff especially Mr Pransanjit, Mr Rajul, Miss Nupur and Miss Ruella 🙏🏻

My second visit in as many years, is atestament to the quality of the staff as much as it is to do with other aspects specific to the hotel. Perhaps some of the friendliest people I have come across are here. The food is undoubtedly superb. The Chefs Abhishek, Pankaj and their teams did their best to suit the tastes of my palate. brought about by my medical condition that demands a specific diet. To bring out taste and flavour with such miniscule quantities of spice is their skill. The people that particularly impressed were team members like Agnel and Darpan in Housekeeping and Prasenjit, Nupur, Jolean, Maniston, Yashoda and Ruella. They perform very long duty hours and always with calm and poise. Many a time I noticed that the least some guests could do was give these people a grateful smile and a thank you in return for their service but that was the lacking bit. I understand that for every Prasenjit, Maniston, Jolean, Nupur, Yahsoda and Ruella, there are perhaps ten more I will never see nor meet, but the credit goes to the seen and the unseen members. Thank you, once again and please keep up the good work.
