這是目前我在日本住過最滿意的房子。無論大小、設施和環境都屬於一流，有種在新西蘭的感覺。
環境：距離洞爺湖商業街2公里左右，步行有點距離，非常安靜，周圍是零散的居民房。就是半夜在屋外有點害怕。
服務：萬世閣拿鑰匙，退房直接把鑰匙放在別墅即可，10點退房比較令人困擾
設施：資料顯示23年開業，但裏面設施明顯不是新的，有些年頭，但保養得非常好，用的東西都非常高級，廚房的洗手池做工特別好，微波爐、烤箱、茶具餐具電磁爐什麼都有，尤其是整個温泉，更衣室，淋浴都有，感覺是有錢人給自己設計的度假屋，後來再賣給了萬世閣。
地理位置：步行5分鐘有便利店。但出出入入如果不是自駕，不太推薦
