Aires del Beagle Apartment

這個酒店太奇怪了，必須去一個地方拿鑰匙，然後再去另一個地方住，而且沒有接送的擺渡車，就需要自己打車或者步行上大坡。

The accommodation is very nice, it is somewhat far from the center, the area is very noisy due to the circulation of cars and buses. The mattresses are terrible and the heating is designed to roast humans. The cost/performance ratio is not justified from my perspective.

We were in apartment 709, it is for 2 people. The room is in the basement and it is spacious and comfortable, it would need a suitcase support since it does not fit in the closet and we left it upstairs in the kitchen star, on the armchair. The bathroom according to the apartment. The kitchen and small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and microwave) are good and easy to use. The heating, both by radiators and by underfloor heating, is a little high, we had to open a window since it cannot be regulated... For those who go with a car or rent a car, it has a garage, otherwise you can leave it on the street as there is space. We liked the place and we recommend it

Reservamos la habitación más cara la cual contaba con Jacuzzi (motivo por el cual elegimos esa) mediante la plataforma "Despegar". Cuando llegamos a los departamentos, primero que la recepción se encontraba a casi unos 2km, los cuales tuvimos que ir caminando con las valijas (nadie nos había informado que quedaba allí la recepción) Luego de recepcionamos, nos dirigimos al departamento, cuando llegamos vimos que no era el que habíamos elegido y pagado, nos comunicamos con recepción y nos dijeron que los departamentos los daban en el momento que llegas según disponibilidad, y que iban a hablar con despegar para dar de baja la posibilidad de elegir que tipo de apartamento se quería. Nadie se hizo cargo del dinero que abonamos por el departamento que elegimos con distintas comodidades al que nos dieron. Fuera de eso son lindos departamentos, los colchones sumamente gastados por lo que te levantas con el cuerpo todo contracturado. Fíjense bien lo que contratan porque luego te dan lo que tienen disponible en el momento

Etuvimos 9 dias durmiendo en un casi sótano, con ropa de cama, toallas y colchón de tercera, que al reclamar recambio,a contestación fue que es al 4to día, incluido el papel higiénico , si pensásir llevate papel porquenote va a alcanzar. En la cocina había 2 saquitos de te y 2 de mate, eso fue para los 9 días, será que quedaron del huesped anterior . La caja de seguridad estaba trabada, por suerte la gente de Ushuaia es de 100, los dueños de estos apartamentos no deben ser de allá.

They give you towels, kitchen paper, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, detergent and some cleaning items. They are located near the center, two blocks away there is a supermarket. Check in is done at Hotel Los Naranjos, very fast. They don't give you a key, you have to download an app and the apartments are opened from your cell phone. The only observation is that the parking lot is small, the last night a truck had parked very much in the middle and we couldn't enter our car. Luckily we were able to locate the owner and he ran it for both of them to enter. Maybe it would be good to define the spaces 😊

I want to report my dissatisfaction with Aires del Beagle Apartment and my stay there. First and foremost, I first approached them with my complaint and THEY DIDN'T DEIGN TO RESPOND. They ignored my messages and did not provide me with any type of compensation. That said, I'm going to tell you about the experience. The room, located in a BASEMENT, had nothing to do with the 44 photos published on Booking about the establishment. We arrived, and there was a sewage smell throughout the apartment. Although they solved this problem (partially) on day 2, we lived with odor vapors throughout our stay. As if this were not enough, all the times we wanted to watch a series on TV we couldn't because it DIDN'T WORK. Nobody took charge of repairing it. It had been decisive when choosing an establishment, knowing that it had a TV. We expect some type of recognition or refund from Booking, since unfortunately Aires del Beagle not only did not take charge, but did not even RESPONSE to our complaint. We are deeply disappointed with our stay since it did not live up to what it promises to be on Booking. We have been users for a long time, and we have never felt so disappointed; We feel cheated because we spent a lot of money, and when we hired the service the conditions were different.

The cabins are very comfortable, ground floor with living room and kitchen, a very large bathroom and a bed. On the upper floor two rooms, one with 3 beds and the other with a double bed. The location is perfect if you are going to ski, because in the transfers they are the last or penultimate to pick up in the morning and one of the first on the return, and on the other hand, it is a 5-block walk to the center. Another point in favor is the heating, underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the upper floor. It is always very warm, impeccable. As a weak point, cleaning is every 4 days, which means that you have to stretch out the towels and garbage accumulates. It would have to be every two or three days minimum, 4 is a lot. And another detail the beds could be better, and the pillows filled with pieces of foam rubber are not up to the standard of the place, please invest in some pillows. But in general, a very good place, with few solvable details it would be perfect.
