Muito legal. Uma casa belíssima num lugar bem tranquilo mas com fácil acesso ao centro a pé. Tem supermercado e restaurante perto. O café da manhã é bem ok, tem chá e torta no período da tarde, você fica com a chave do seu quarto e a chave da porta da pousada. Não tem elevador, só escadas. Não fica aquele entra e sai típico dos hotéis.Se vc é do tipo que toda hora quer voltar para o hotel, talvez não seja para ti, eu só andei a pé e inclusive debaixo de neve.O staff é muito prestativo. Quartos limpos e quentinhos.

Pésimo servicio, si pueden eviten el lugar!!! Nos alojamos mi novio y yo del 12 al 15 de mayo, estuvimos en la habitación 10, el hotel es muy rústico por lo que las habitaciones no cuentan con caja de seguridad pero argumentan que el lugar es muy seguro y podemos dejar las pertenencias de valor sin problema lo que ES MENTIRA! Nos sacaron 220 dólares, intentamos hablar con varias personas encargadas pero no recibimos ayuda alguna por lo que pedimos hablar con la dueña e intentar resolver la situación cosa que no ocurrió pues la señora llegó súper prepotente diciendo que seguro nos habíamos quedado sin dinero y por eso estábamos “armando un show” y NOS CORRIÓ DEL HOTEL!, empezó a amenazarnos que llamaría a la policía si no nos salíamos como si los rateros hubiéramos sido nosotros, de verdad si se quieren hospedar ahí piénsenlo dos veces ya que cualquier situación el huésped termina siendo el culpable. Cero servicio al cliente. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA!!!

Molto bello e curato. Un lodge di classe, pulito, raffinato e molto tranquillo. Personale gentile alla reception, spazi comuni che sembrano dei salotti di casa, camera ampia e confortevole. Veloce la connessione internet Wi-Fi. Ottima, curata ed abbondante la colazione. Prezzi nella norma.

Hostería muy antigua y mal mantenida. Intenta pasar por pintoresca, pero tiene camas muy malas, mobiliario viejo y mal mantenido (por favor pongan un poco de cola de carpintero al sillon del desayunador). Habitaciones muy reducidas y que no cubren las necesidades básicas. Un lugar más parecido a un hostel que a una hostería, que solo puede estar a ese precio en Ushuaia.

Soggiorno di due giorni prenotato su booking. Camera senza riscaldamento e bagno senza aspiratore e senza finestra. Dopo il primo giorno chiedo di prolungare il soggiorno ad un incaricato; ribadisco la sera stessa chiedendo oltre al pernotto aggiuntivo anche la colazione anticipata per un escursione. Vengo accontentato ma il giorno seguente alle 14 ci rintracciano dicendo che la camera andava lasciata alle 10. Dopo una prima chiamata sembra essere sistemato ma alle 16 ci sbattono fuori cercando una nuova sistemazione. Al nostro arrivo la proprietaria (cosi si presento’) ci e’ sembrata molto arrogante. La prima impressione positiva del gestore e’ stata disattesa dalla sua maleducazione. Neanche si e’ degnato di salutare ma probabilmente, viste le alte richieste, ha venduto meglio la stanza ad altri. In ultimo pulizia scarsa e lenzuola maleodoranti. Cercate bene perché ushuaia offre buonissime alternative

Nice property, has a lot of character. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Nice breakfast included in rate. Easy walk down the hill into city center. My wife and I stayed in upper suite with king sized bed and nice soaker tub and shower. Would recommend.

Para empezar, la posada nos encantó, desde el trato de su personal hasta la tranquilidad y la seguridad en donde se encuentra, realmente uno se siente como en su casa. El desayuno no está mal pero lo que desmejora todo es la falta de comunicación entre los encargados y el personal de servicio, es imperdonable que no haya huevos en el desayuno porque no compro el encargado o que no ofrezcan el pan sin tacc porque se les olvidó sacarlo del Freezer, es una pena y otro punto en contra son las habitaciones, los colchones y almohadas necesitan urgente un cambio

Très décevant, la maison est mignonne et atypique. Le salon est très cosy. Mais la chambre pas terrible du tout. Le linge est lavé mais gris, taché. La couette tachée. La salle de bain avec des fuites, les câbles des ampoules apparent et pas sécurisé. Il faisait très froid dans la chambre et il n'y a personne à l'accueil.... Petit déjeuner bien. Je ne connais pas les autres établissement du même type à Ushuaia, mais en tout cas c'est la plus mauvaise expérience de tout notre séjour en Argentine.
