Hotels Near Urumqi Museum (New Hall) in Urumqi

2nd time staying at this very nice hotel with the most friendly and helpful service. Great location right besides the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and even a top supermarket in the shopping centre opposite. We were upgraded to a very large room, which was nice and everything worked perfect, as before. Breakfast buffet with a large choice was ideal for starting the day. Next time in Urumqi we will definitely book this Atour again.

The overall experience was a real pleasure. The hotel is modern, and clean. The room is spacious, and full of all the amenities required for a comfortable stay and the view from the window was stunning. Also, the staff were extremely professional and caring to ensure our stay was comfortable and welcoming. As a result, I am going to stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel for all both families, business and tourists. A huge thank you to Mr Mabaoming. Thanks again!

This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

We stayed at this hotel with our family for 8 days, we really enjoyed the time we spent here, great location, the staff is very friendly, the food is excellent (halal), the staff understands Kazakh and Russian, the system in the rooms is ”smart home”, in the morning you are greeted by a speaker, the room has everything, robes, slippers, accessories (shower gels, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion), on the ground floor there is a laundry and a dryer for free, there is a gym, the lobby is convenient, there are banks nearby, it is safe (the police station is nearby), grocery stores, pharmacies, I highly recommend, the building is beautiful with lighting, everything is clean, cozy, the family room is decorated for children, there is a projector you can listen to music and watch TV, the reception is open 24 hours, there is a BRT stop nearby, on the same street as the Conrad Hotel, I think the price-quality-comfort is one of the best, nearby is CC mall, Hualin market, Xiao Xiamyr market, Xinjiang museum, the security is friendly. I It was a birthday, the hotel provided a compliment, very nice, they gave me a present upon check-in!

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel that exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were clean, providing a comfortable retreat. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city, and the fitness facility at the hotel, along with many restaurants nearby, added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a delightful and memorable stay.

The room we stayed in was 423. It was a fancy 'Simple Mesmerizing Starry Sky Room' with a tub near the window.... stayed for 2 separate days. 1. The toilet was nice as it warms the seat and has a bidet with auto flush. 2. The hotel location was good, near the nanmen metro station exit A. To go to Intl Bazaar is only one stop - erdaoqiao station. 3. This same metro can take u to the airport but didn't manage to try it. 4. Near to fast food, convenience shop as u exit from hotel, turn left and cross the road. 5. Bonus: Has a laundry room (washer & dryer) at level -1 for free usage with free detergent.

We was staying 3 nights at the hotel. It's location is quite convenient, near to train station as well as Wanda plaza and food street. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, worth for price we paid. We don't mind to stay here again in our next trip.

First things first, this is clearly a knock-off ‘Hampton by Hilton’ - branding the same, room design the same, and to be fair they’ve done a decent job of it. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Unfortunately, that’s about as positive as I can be about my stay. The location is fine, albeit not many good local restaurants or sights within walking distance, you’ll need to get a taxi. Service at front desk was inattentive and unprofessional. When I tried to use the phone in the room to call front desk and/or housekeeping, the line automatically disconnected. The worst aspect of my stay was the “smart” aspects of the room. Firstly, the aircon does not work. It was 34/35 degrees throughout my stay and despite putting the aircon on 16 degrees with maximum fans, the temperature in the room barely dropped below 27/28 degrees all night. Bring your own fan! The “smart” controls meant that all the lights in the bathroom came on as soon as you moved, which is not what you want in the middle of the night. Equally, the control panel was blinking constantly, right next to the bed, which was very annoying if that kind of thing affects your sleep (it does mine). Worst of all was the TV that simply would not turn off, and was incredibly bright, right in front of the bed. I ended up having to dismount the TV from the wall and completely unplugging it just to get the room semi-dark. Incredibly annoying. If you want a dark room, with a comfortable temperature, this is not the place for you… Its a shame, because the hotel has potential, but as it is I can’t recommend it given these fairly fundamental issues.

First time booked & stayed in this hotel, locality very convenient, room is cozy & bed was comfortable to filled my night, the stuffs is helpful & polite, full of eatery surroundings & till late night. Very enjoyable, will staying in this great hotel again next time & definitely will recommend to other..👍👍

Overall it was very good. Check-in was quick, the room was comfortable, the price was not expensive, the environment was good, the room was clean, and I was satisfied. The hotel service was very good, and the front desk service attitude was also very good. When I entered the lobby, there was a front desk assistant who was very polite, which felt quite good. When I entered the room, there were free fruits and drinks, which felt good. The concierges Yeshati and Keran were very enthusiastic. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, they took the initiative to take my luggage for me. Because it was snowing and the weather was very cold, they took the initiative to hand me tea as soon as I entered the lobby. I felt warm and felt very warm. The service attitude was particularly good, and they helped me get a parking ticket in advance so that I could enter and exit very conveniently. The hygiene was very clean and the overall situation was very comfortable. I was very satisfied during my stay and I hope to continue to maintain it next time I stay.
