整體來説😊，房間在12樓，隔音效果可以，隔壁開門關門的不太受影響。距離烏魯木齊國際大巴扎比較近，推薦搭車乘出租車去，市區人很多，自駕的話不太建議。

兵團麗華酒店是一個老賓館，據説剛被兼併重組。這個位置不算熱門，但到哪裡都還算方便。特別是喜歡新疆饢的客人，賓館離著名的阿布拉的饢的總店（西北路店）很近，出門向右走300多米過馬路就到了。阿布拉的饢是新疆多次饢評比的第一名，又大又便宜，當地人家喻户曉。從外地買網購送來的饢貴一些，似乎品質更好一些，猜想是雞蛋多放了一些。麗華酒店，早餐還行，但豆漿不濃，不好吃，其它也差點，與四鑽店等級似乎不符。設施許多也老化了，還是要加強管理和更新。若是住宿差一點，餐飲比較好，遊客也會來住，但現在，似乎房間很多，客人很少，有點冷清。還是要加強管理和營銷。
這次在北疆旅遊，最不滿意的就是北疆的布爾津、禾木、喀納斯、賽里木湖等地，賓館價格超高，完全脱離市場該有的價格和服務品質，據説是景區與當地賓館、旅行社聯手，一方面把許多房間簽在包銷協議裏，這樣幾家旅行社就掌控了為數不多的賓館客房資源，聯手大幅推高房價，這樣就使散客、自由團組、自駕遊的遊客不得不接受高價住宿，景區和參與方可得到收益提成。若真這樣做，嚴重敗壞新疆的形象，給遊客添堵。但同樣在新疆，特克斯縣城、鞏留縣城的賓館就很正常，完全不存在為了獲利buzeshoudusm*，不擇手段地胡來。
