Nous avons séjourné au Grand Hôtel pour un anniversaire, tout était très bien. L'accueil était parfait, la chambre spacieuse (il manque peut-être juste un sèche-serviette) et le lit confortable. Nous avons également profité du SPA, du bar ainsi que du restaurant où nous avons dégusté un repas formidable. Merci pour cette belle expérience.

On vient chaque année et on adore, le service est parfait, le bar est parfait aussi. Tout les employés sont très serviable et polis. Le lit est très confortable. Nous avons pris la chambre avec terrasse et nous avons une super vue et un petit mobilier très agréable au soleil. Merci encore nous avons passé un super weekend.

Tout s'est bien passé hormis le fait qu'il est difficile de trouver un lieu où manger un dimanche soir puisque votre restaurant est fermé. Sinon, nous avons eu quelques soucis avec le mitigeur de la baignoire qui est vraiment difficile à régler pour ne pas avoir de l'eau trop chaude ou trop froide. Pourquoi ne pas utiliser des mitigeurs "classiques" ?

Le petit déjeuner est un peu succinct, plus de salade de fruits, plus de pancakes, ce serait bien de pouvoir faire des oeufs sur le plat. Ce serait bien aussi d'installer des téléviseurs un peu plus grands. A part ça le personnel de l'ensemble de l'hôtel est sympatique et acceuillant.

La climatisation au restaurant devrait être mieux réglée et prévoir des armoires de rangement dans les chambres standing donnant sur le parc. L'eau du bassin extérieur et intérieure pourrait être chauffée par temps couvert. Prévoir des peignoirs grande taille.

La baignoire de la salle de bain un peu petite et surtout aucun rideau ou protection pour éviter d'inonder la salle de bain. Une suggestion pour l'avenir au vue des différents séjours effectués dans d'autres hôtels . Le dernier en date Le Clair de Plume à Grignan

Chambre mignonne , refaite à neuf et bien isolée . tres bon séjour . L’accès au spa est un plus et le buffet du petit déjeuner est très complet avec du fait maison . Petit bémol : la climatisation pas assez forte . Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel .

The Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room we had was not particularly big but comfortable. Shower not great as there was no splash screen or curtain, so difficult to shower without getting the bathroom wet. A few tips: think of investing into a Hotel mini bus to transport customers as taxis are far and between in this part of Grenoble and too expensive. As a Hotel you can charge visitors. Link the Thermal Spa company's website to the Hotel's so it is easier to book any treatments and see all what the Spa offers. When visiting the Hotel website you get the impression that the Spa is part of it but in fact is it a separate business. It would be to the advantage of both Hotel and Spa to expand the on line exposure. We tried to book a treatment but you need to do this weeks in advance generally, this is not clear when booking the hotel. There was nothing available during our 3 day stay.

Très bien, service , chambre , spa, massage et menu escapade avec accord mets et vins. Tout était parfait . Personnel au petit soin. le petit plus : les produits uriage dans la salle de bain . Je recommande vivement , un très joli dépaysement une parenthèse delicieuse
