Centralissima la posizione in palazzo d’epoca, comodissimo parcheggio in cortile, personale gentile e accogliente, buona colazione, camera spaziosa e pulita con condizionatore efficiente e letti comodi. Trascorso un buon soggiorno.

Dit grote hotel ligt in Urbino recht tegenover het Palazzo Ducale, ideaal. Groot voordeel is dat er een ruime prive parking is en dat de ZTL administratie simpel geregeld kan worden bij de incheck. Parkeren is wel erg prijzig. Onze kamer op de De Luxe floor was groot, koel en beschikte over een koelkastje, badkamer met ligbad en een groot comfortabel bed. Allemaal zeer schoon. Kamers liggen heel rustig, en ook geen geluidsoverlast van buren o.i.d. Het hotel is wel gedateerd. Ontbijtbuffet prima, maar geen warme gerechten. Jammer van die blèrende Italiaanse radiozender.

really nice staff, excellent food (breakfast was a 10), as central as it was possible to get if you weren't staying with Federico de Montefeltro. Spacious room, full sized bath.

In un teatro a cielo aperto qual è la città di Urbino, un'oasi silenziosa e rilassante all'insegna del buon gusto senza ridondanze. Stanza ampia, mobili in noce dei primi decenni del secolo scorso, tanta luce, materassi e cuscini comodi, accappatoi morbidi. Una piccola sorpresa al buffet della colazione: oltre alle varie granole, anche tanti diversi tipi di noci e frutta secca. E frutta fresca MATURA, che fa da contraltare all'imprescindibile English Breakfast.

Under pillow -ed old fashioned room and some odd details like a key with a plastic holder uncharacteristic of a 4* hotel, Inner vista in a congested parking lot. Very helpful staff, essentially a one man show without a 24 hours reception or concierge. After ours you sneak through the unguarded patio car park which though hotel owned as it seems it is separately charged. Basic drawbacks of this hotel are: Interesting outmoded with unequal facilities -＞ large bedroom, pseudo matrimonial bed with two adjacent straw beds united, of varied flatness and leanings -＞ outmoded bathroom with Ideal Standard Linda fixtures, acrylic bathtub with shower enclosute clumsily fitted, slippery with mo safety handles or bars, fixture to lowly attached for shower use, insecure habitat -＞ interesting old fashioned window panes pertaining to an interwar country hotel -＞ garage view for most rooms I presume-＞ overornamented with pictorial art of not partucular aesthetic taste along the lounge corridors, little of lounge. Otherwise it is an axtraordinary building from the outside, discreet, charming and unobtrusive.

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in questo albergo. La posizione è sicuramente eccellente visto che si trova di fronte il palazzo ducale e il Duomo. La camera è bella grande ma con alcune lacune nella cura degli arredamenti per un 4 stelle. La colazione ha una scelta varia sia di dolce che salato ma senza alcuna descrizione dei prodotti. Ideale per soggiorni brevi.

Mi stupisco che questo hotel abbia 4 stelle: 1) Camera con mobilio VECCHIO e TRASCURATO (attenzione, non antico, non vintage: vecchio, che è diverso) 2) Sanitari in bagno sbeccati 3) Un BUCO nel muro del bagno, con tanto di piastrella rotta 4) Sporcizia evidente: nel sollevare gli asciugamani (puliti) in bagno, lo scaldino sottostante era letteralmente NERO dalla polvere (lo abbiamo pulito noi per il disagio). 5) Pareti di carta velina: sentivamo nitidamente la conversazione dei nostri “vicini”… 6) Assenza di te, tisane, bollitore in stanza e reception presente fino alle 21.00… per un 4 stelle mi sembra assurdo Le due stelle sono per gli aspetti positivi: 1) La posizione, che è spettacolare, in pieno Centro Storico di Urbino 2) La colazione, ampia scelta e gustosa 3) Parcheggio privato interno alla struttura (per € 15 al giorno) 4) Gentilezza della signora alla reception NON consigliato

Ci sono stata due giorni per lavoro, hotel in un contesto a dir poco meraviglioso. Peccato che le camere seppur enormi sono estremamente trascurate. Le piastrelle del bagno erano crepare, il soffitto del bagno era scrostato e la porta dello stesso era rovinata . In camera da letto una delle prese era non solo rotta ma mancava proprio un pezzo. Come se tutto questo non bastasse questa mattina scendiamo per fare colazione e scopriamo che non non avevano preparato nulla...alla richiesta di spiegazioni la risposta è stata mi spiace ma la ragazza è stata male e non è venuta al lavoro...stiamo scherzando e questo è un albergo a 4 stelle?
