It is a business hotel, right across the road from the railway station and walking distance to the bus station. Stayed at this place upon arrival by train from Stockholm. Could walk to University of Uppsala for my meeting. Also bus to SLU for visit. Lots of eateries nearby. Also took a chance to see the nearby sights.

There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, which is more convenient. The overall price is good. If the door is locked, you can call to ask for the password. It is not a 24-hour front desk. We had booked a small double room and our expectation of the room was perhaps not at its peak. But already when we entered the reception, we sensed that ”wow” it's nice here. We were checked in by a friendly receptionist. Allocated room was - ok - small but really nice. Appears to be newly renovated. Perfect size for a couple who likes closeness. The breakfast room is well proportioned and layout gives you a nice family feeling. In addition to this, a very well thought out breakfast is served. We recommend the hotel for the above reasons paired with a perfect location with its proximity to Uppsala Central Station.
