Tom and Tareema were extremely helpful. Tom was helpful assisting my handicapped sister and I. Unfortunately, we lost sleep because we had to keep turning the energy efficient air conditioner on every 15 minutes. Cold rooms are important!

I can't say enough about how helpful your staff has been. Tarrema at the front desk went above and beyond to help straighten out our reservation made and paid for by another family member. At breakfast, Mary Kate made sure our experience was top notch. Kudos to your staff!

I did arrive yesterday and still several days to go before I will leave the hotel. Today my 5 starts are for Matthew at the front desk. He supported me in creating a complaint to the airline who delivered a wrong baggage on my name after a claim due to luggage lost. Also my recognition to the personnel who did receive me yesterday evening at the front desk and also at the bistro caffe. They solve the booking challenges and kindly offered me a warm welcome. Thank you to all of you.

The hotel is clean and the staff is amazing. They are always friendly and helpful. The staff at the coffee shop are the nicest people you could encounter at 6:00 am! Naia and Bonnie are always ready to serve you at the front with beautiful smiles, cheerful attitudes and helpful hearts. The only reason the hotel altogether did not receive a 5 star review is because there was no hot tub in the pool area, the fridge in our family room was way too small and so was the bathroom counter space. Otherwise, the hotel lobby was extremely comfortable for early morning reading and the guest laundry was clean, plus they give free laundry supplies! I would highly recommend the Courtyard Valley Forge/Collegeville the next time you are in the area.

Amazing wedding weekend experience with the Courtyard Marriot!! The rooms and hotel was clean. Staff was courteous & planning the weekend with Jenna was so so seamless. Tom Johnson was an A+ shuttle driver!! He truly saved the day when our other shuttle service didn’t do what they were suppossed to! He was nicest and the best!!

Great service. Price, cleanliness and the amenities too notch!!! Bonnie/Steph at the Bistro were such a pleasure. Breakfast was perfect!! Made a great stay even better. Shane at the front desk is very professional and courteous. Recommend anyone to stay here.

The customer service i received was fantastic. I was tired after the drive but when i checked in, Tareema, the desk clerk, was so uplifting and pleasant it gave me energy. As i told her about my elderly mom with me, she offered the hotels wheelchair to use during our stay. When Tareema told me i was in room #214 i knew it was gonna be a perfect stay because thats my birthday. From the great customer service, the lovely courtyard, to the room , i give this hotel 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟! Also i loved the showering products of 39' North. In fact when i got home i ordered the bath soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

The breakfast was very flavorful and healthy, great way to start the day. Full Starbucks menu, which was a highlight of my morning. The staff truly showed pride in their work and made us feel welcome. They were so friendly seemed to care that we enjoyed ourselves and had a good experience. Kudos and thank you to the AM Breakfast Team, Bonnie, Karen D, Naiya and Jody!!

I've stayed at this hotel many times before and had a great experience. When my local Starbucks was unexpectedly closed, I was initially disappointed that my workweek was off to such a bad start. But then I thought "I'll stop by the Courtyard to see if they are open" and lo and behold, Bonnie & Jody rode to my rescue! They were so pleasant and helpful (even at 6:30am!) and solved my caffeine crisis with aplomb! Really appreciate starting my workday off with a smile, thank you!!
