I recently concluded my stay at Stay Bridge Hotel, and I must say my experience has been a rollercoaster ride. Initially, it felt like a home away from home, but things started to change dramatically, especially with the management. When I first arrived, Angela was the manager. She was inconsistent but tried her best. Unfortunately, her treatment of other managers was often unfair, causing many to quit. Despite these issues, my early months at the hotel were quite pleasant. However, things took a turn for the worse when management began to change. The cleaning staff changed as well and their performance deteriorated. They skipped cleaning my room from time to time to avoid doing their job. The hotel's upkeep also declined when Axel became the Operations Manager. When TK worked she brought further issues. She was rude and unprofessional, creating a negative atmosphere among the workers in her department. As a guest, I could see the energy shift and the decline in the housekeeping department. On a brighter note, the front desk staff were wonderful. Tashanna, Jordan, Chase, Cameron, and Glenn were always helpful and made my stay more enjoyable. Ms. Michelle ensured that happy hours were successful, although she often booked events and guests without sticking around to support when the staff was short-handed. Cameron was always supportive.
