I was several time in Huthunzi Hotel because of business reason. I always find a good hospitality and good services. The breakfast is ok, the room is ok. It's a quite place were to relax after a day of work.

Beautiful Place, Clean and warm welcome from all their staff, especially the reception staff. I have requested a snack. welcoming snack, It was beyond my expectation. Their rooms are very beautiful. Its safe, We really felt like we have a second home. I really enjoyed my birthday weekend at Umthunzi Hotel.

We stayed at Umthunzi to finalise the arrangements for our upcoming wedding and since there were a few challenges identified, it was important for us to get them sorted. Since we arrived all of the staff were extremely helpful and professional and Ryan, the General Manager personally came to introduce himself and discuss with us the solutions they came up with to ensure that our wedding will be memorable and special. I must admit, having been in the customer service industry my whole life, what they have managed to arrange for us exceeded all of our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, service oriented hotel to host our wedding in April 2025. All of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special. We are really excited and cannot wait for our wedding at Umthunzi. Thank you so much for putting our minds at ease and making us feel excited and special for the upcoming special day.

I had a great expereince to sleep on the Luxury room 33, nice dinner and break fast. Friendly staff in the reception. I can refere this hotel to everyone. I posted on my WhatsApp account and 100 veiws, all want this Location, uMtunzi Hotel. Excellent in hospitality

There were a few unexpected accidents, like the water, menu needs to be a variety so guess can stay in the pub and have a good meal to eat, a very big thank u to Bright for helping us with the water issues also he went out of his way to ensure we had a a meal prepared for us when the food got finished. Also another manager paid for our drinks on the 1st nite, over all a great place with some miner changes it was a lovely place to stay with a beautiful view

Staff were very welcoming which made up for any shortcomings.wasnt least impressed with the bathroom, had an empty showercap box as well as used toilet paper which was too little so don’t understand why it was left for me to use

The say was excellent. Food was perfect, always hot, fresh and selicious. Staff were very accommodating amd always looking to assist. They have ajoining family rooms for that family getaway. Perfectly situated close to town but not so close that traffic noise became a problem. Will definitely come again.
