Die Lage ist fantastisch. Der Blick von der Terrasse direkt vor dem Zimmer auf den Ozean ist überwältigend. Mit Wellenrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen ist einfach toll. Es fehlte nur ein Tisch in unserem Zimmer

Das Haus hat von allen Zimmern einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Betten bequem. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit, so konnten wir aufgrund eines späten Fluges noch in der Anlage bleiben. Fazit: es hat alles gepasst, nächstes Mal würden wir länger bleiben

I booked a stay for my mom's 70th birthday. Having never been in Durban, she couldn't stop talking about the beautiful setting. The bed was amazing, the staff friendly and the breakfast was delicious! Thank you for giving them a memorable stay!

The beach in front of the property is no longer wide, we ask and pay more for a room with a sea view but it smell very bad (humidity, we tried to dry with the heater but it didn’t work, it seems to be a current problem as we found an anti-humidity box) and ask for an other similar room. Unfortunately no more similar room was available so we finally take an other one on the back, where many people can pass in front of the window. We ask for a discount as we couldn’t have the sea view but the owner refuses.

You have to walk down the street for dinner, drinks or shopping. The rooms are lovely, but hall lights illuminate rooms at night. Breakfast is great!

Vor und nach unserem Aufenthalt als Volunteer in einem Wildreservat haben wir insgesamt drei Nächte in diesem schönen Guesthouse verbracht. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig mit großem Bad, die Terrasse bietet einen grandiosen Blick auf den indischen Ozean. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Gastgebern begrüßt und mit tollen Tipps über die fußläufig entfernten Restaurants versorgt. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, zu ausgiebigen Strandspaziergängen mussten wir nur die kleine Straße überqueren. Vielen Dank an Bruce, Gloria und das gesamte Team, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great big house and location, safe and secure with magnificent views of the South beach surfing and swimming areas. Perfect rock pools right across the street for children to explore. The African sunrise is truly wonderful, the weather during my stay in Jun24 was perfect. Room was spacious, clean, quiet and private...only the noise of the waves. Colin and the family are great hosts and the staff were excellent, warm and welcoming (brilliant breakfast!). Parking and great vibrant coffee shack on-site! I will definitely be making a return:-)
