Premier Inn Ulverston

Problem checking in took about 40minutes but I think this was trip.com fault as wanted payment when I clearly showed it fully paid before hand. The place was clean and seemed new self check in machines not working and staff looked over worked and stressed. Breakfast was terrible as compared to other chains under cooked food and to be fair other guests being too greedy and taking all the breakfast items.

The hotel is modern, clean and located in a good spot to explore the town and 25 mins from Windermere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered to make me fresh poached eggs even though there were plenty on the breakfast counter. Free parking and a nice view of the river and lighthouse. Great value for money and the food was good for the prices. I would definitely stay again.

Got the train from Bolton to ulverston and walked the short distance…..about 1 mile….to the hotel. Really nice welcome at reception and shown to our room ever so quickly, having booked all the necessary meals on line using the offers available. Then we were off site seeing. Easy peasey.

I'm not usually a fan of writing reviews, but i truly felt that the staff at the hotel is outstanding. The reception staff, Emily and Ashleigh, made me feel appreciated as a guest, and their professionalism left a strong impression. I highly recommend this hotel!

Slight issue with the bed in the family room. Shannon sorted this issue and I had a great sleep second night. The breakfast is superb! Orders taken for eggs and special dietry requirements on arrival. Nicest vegetarian sausages I've ever had. Great value. 100% would stay here again. I would opt for a twin room, as sofa bed in family rooms, are not very comfortable.

Comfy bed as ever, really good few nights' sleep, friendly staff, if sometimes a bit thin on the ground. I left some toiletries behind which I didn't notice until unpacking my suitcase this morning. I called to ask after them, and my cousin popped in to get them, and we both got given different answers as to why they didn't have them. One staff member told me they don't usually keep hold of toiletries, which is a shame as I forgot quite an expensive face wash. Silly of me I know, but I assume that if I'd left an item of clothing or electricals they'd have kept it at least for a couple of days as lost property.

We needed to stay in the area for a family funeral so chose the premier Inn at ulverston as it was close by . It was very to find , and on arrival the staff were very friendly and for the price it's a very good standard with nice clean big rooms well stocked with everything we needed. We had breakfast and evening meal deal which was great value. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. We would heartily recommend staying there and we would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean room comfy bed, very quiet room, no sound from outside at all. helpful reception /restaurant staff all were polite and nice. Food was nice and good value, breakfast was hot, was asked if would like poached eggs or had any allergies, requested some veggie bacon and sausages and they were more than happy to cook them fresh. Plenty of parking.
