"Pros: Spacious room. Only a 9-minute walk to UTS Business School. Just a 4-minute walk to a bus stop with frequent services. Quiet and clean. Well-equipped kitchen, great for cooking simple meals. Cons: The bedroom has a window, but it's just a narrow slit that doesn't allow for ventilation. It felt a bit stuffy and had a lingering smell. The living room, however, has sliding glass doors that open up for good ventilation. The lighting in the living room is too dim, making it hard to read anything on paper."
